【喇嘛嶺寺】
當林芝的春風拂過尼洋河，藏東唯一的寧瑪派寺院 —— 喇嘛嶺寺，便會被一場粉色花事溫柔包裹。這不是普通的桃花綻放，而是自然與信仰共舞的春日限定。遠處的雪山還凝著冬日的清冽，山腳下的尼洋河卻已漾起暖波，岸邊的桃樹沿著河谷鋪展，粉白花瓣層層疊疊，從寺院外的石階一直漫到紅牆根下。四色牆體被花枝半掩，明黃、朱紅與粉白相映，偶有金頂從花海中探出，陽光灑下時，金輝與花瓣的柔光交織，連空氣裏都飄著清甜的花香與經幡的寧靜。
【嘎啦桃花村】
嘎拉村位於尼洋河畔，群山腳下，四周被綿延百里的野生桃花林包裹，既是行政村，也被譽為“桃花第一村”；嘎拉村1200多株野生桃樹構成了270多畝的“世外桃源”，每當春天來到，桃花次第綻放，漫山粉紅霞蔚，山野一片明媚。
【色季拉山口】
坐落在林芝縣的東面，屬於念青唐古喇山脈的一部分, 海拔4728米,站在埡口處，可以盡情地觀賞雲海、林海, 還可以遠眺海拔 7782 米2005 年被《中國地理人文雜誌》評選為“中國最美的山峰” 的南迦巴瓦峰。
【魯朗林海觀景台】
是一處雲山霧海的森林，有“叫人不想家”的美譽，整個景區如詩如畫，周邊雪山林立，溝內森林蔥蘢，林間還有整齊如人工修剪過的草甸。

Lamaling Monastery
When the spring breeze brushes across the Niyang River, Lamaling Monastery - the only Nyingma monastery in eastern Tibet - is gently embraced by a sea of pink blossoms. These are no ordinary peach flowers: they bloom where nature and spirituality meet. Snow still lingers on the distant peaks, while the river valley below warms with early spring. Peach trees stretch along the riverbank and up the stone steps, their soft pink and white petals surrounding the monastery’s red and yellow walls. Sometimes the golden roof peeks out from behind the blossoms, glowing as sunlight filters through. Even the air seems filled with the sweet scent of flowers and the serenity of fluttering prayer flags.
Gala Peach Blossom Village
Located by the Niyang River at the foot of the surrounding mountains, Gala Village is known as the “First Peach Blossom Village.” With more than 1,200 wild peach trees covering 270 acres, the area transforms into a pink paradise each spring. Blossoms spread across the hillsides, creating a breathtaking landscape of color and warmth.
Segrila Mountain
Situated east of Nyingchi County at an altitude of 4,728 meters, Segrila Pass is part of the Nyenchen Tanglha Range. From the top, you can enjoy sweeping views of cloud seas, endless forests, and - on clear days - the majestic Mount Namcha Barwa (7,782 m), once voted China’s most beautiful mountain.
Lulang Forest Observation Deck
Often described as a place “so beautiful it makes you forget home,” Lulang Forest features misty mountains, dense evergreen woods, snow-covered peaks, and meadow-like clearings that look as if they were carefully trimmed by hand.

【古鄉湖】
古鄉湖位於波密縣城33km處，湖面海拔2600米，長5公里，最寬處2公里，最深處20多米，是一個淡水堰塞湖。
【波密桃花溝】
整個桃花溝綿延30km，是整個林芝地區開的最美、最肆意的桃花。
【然烏湖】
在藏語裡然烏湖被稱之為然烏措（措在藏語裏是湖的發音），它四周圍繞著雪山。雪山上的冰雪融水構成了它的主要補給水源，亦是著名的帕隆藏布江的源頭。湖邊是綠草和莊稼，山腰是莽莽的森林，非常漂亮。
After breakfast, we will drive to Guxiang Lake, located 33 kilometers from Bomi County. This freshwater barrier lake stretches 5 kilometers in length, 2 kilometers in width, and reaches depths of over 20 meters. Surrounded by untouched primeval forests and towering ancient trees, the area offers a beautifully tranquil landscape. The crystal-clear water reveals the scenery beneath the surface, and a gentle walk along the lakeshore allows you to fully immerse yourself in the peace and serenity of nature.
We then continue to the Bomi Peach Blossom Valley, which extends for more than 30 kilometers. Every spring, this valley transforms into a dazzling sea of pink, earning its reputation as the “Largest Peach Blossom Valley in China.” With glacier-covered mountains rising in the background, the soft pink blossoms contrast vividly with the traditional Tibetan houses scattered throughout the valley. Strolling through the blooming orchards - petals drifting underfoot and the air rich with floral fragrance - feels like stepping into a dreamlike world.
After visiting Bomi, we make our way to Ranwu Lake, situated at an altitude of 3,850 meters. Known for its strikingly clear blue waters and surrounding snow-capped peaks, Ranwu Lake is fed by melting snow from the nearby mountains and also serves as the source of the Pailong Zangbu River. Around the lake, lush meadows, fertile farmlands, forests, and shrubs blend together to form a breathtaking and harmonious natural panorama.
【來古冰川】
來古冰川為一組冰川的統稱，位於西藏昌都地區八宿縣然烏鎮境內，緊鄰然烏湖，冰雪融水流進然烏湖，湖畔是茂密的原始森林，還有很多原始的藏族村落，包括美西、亞隆、若驕、東嘎、雄加和牛馬冰川，景區較為原始，視季節不同開放不同的冰川。
景區提示：4-10月，大概率開放的是東嘎冰川，其中東嘎線最出名的為藍冰洞。遊客乘景區觀光車前往夏季牧場（往返里程約40km），抵達夏季牧場后，可選擇徒步（免費，往返里程約4公里，海拔4100-4400米）或騎馬（自費，參考價格300元/人，在騎馬點付費，實際金額以景區騎馬點公示為準）前往藍冰洞。遊玩時間約3.5-4小時。
After breakfast, we will drive to Laigu Glacier, located about 20 kilometers from Ranwu Town, to explore its extraordinary blue ice.
Situated in the Himalayas - one of the highest mountain ranges in the world - Laigu Glacier is among Tibet’s oldest glaciers, formed roughly 100,000 years ago. Over tens of thousands of years, it has expanded and retreated many times, leaving behind impressive glacial landscapes and remarkable natural formations.
Laigu Glacier actually refers to a cluster of glaciers, including Meixi, Yalong, Ruoqiao, Dongga, Xionga, and Niuma. Depending on the season, different sections are accessible to visitors. From April to October, Dongga Glacier is the most commonly open route, and its Blue Ice Cave is the star attraction. Inside the glacier, enormous ice caverns reveal layers of blue ice that shine as clear as crystal.
Visitors will take the scenic area’s shuttle bus to the Summer Pasture (round trip approximately 40 km). From there, you may either hike (free; round trip about 4 km; altitude 4,100–4,400 meters) or ride a horse (additional cost, around 300 RMB per person, payable onsite; final price subject to local signage).
The total exploration time is about 3.5 to 4 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the blue ice caves, glacier views, ice lakes, alpine meadows, azure highland lakes, and towering snow-capped mountains.
Afterward, we will drive to Bomi for overnight accommodation.
Important Note:
Please follow the official arrangements on site. If the scenic area is closed or access is restricted, visitors will not be permitted to step onto the glacier.
【扎西崗村】
扎西崗村位於一片高原山地草甸下場地帶，兩側青山由低向高分別由灌木叢和茂密的雲杉、松樹等組成一望無際的林海。青山之間是整齊的草甸，在這裡，溪流晚宴，繁花盡放，木籬笆和木板屋點綴期間，與遠方的雪山、近處的林海構成一幅恬靜、優美的“山居圖”。春夏時節，各類花兒在草甸林海的一片綠色中蔓延開來，爭奇鬥艷。一到秋冬扎西崗村迎來雲霧最厚的季節，雲霧山間繚繞，高聳的雪峰若隱若現。
After breakfast, we will depart from Bomi and drive to Tashi Gang Village, located near Lulang Town. This charming village rests at the foot of a high-altitude alpine meadow, surrounded by rolling green mountains that form a vast “sea of forest,” rising layer by layer. The landscape is covered with shrubs, dense spruce and pine forests, and other native trees. Between the mountains lies a beautifully maintained meadow where streams flow gently and seasonal flowers bloom. Traditional wooden fences and houses dot the scenery, with distant snow-capped peaks and nearby forests adding to the tranquility and beauty of this idyllic mountain landscape.
In spring and summer, the meadows and forests burst into color as a variety of flowers bloom. During autumn and winter, Tashi Gang Village often greets visitors with thick morning mist, which drifts through the mountains, creating a dreamy view where towering snow peaks appear and disappear through the clouds.
After visiting Tashi Gang Village, we will continue our drive to Nyingchi for overnight accommodation. Along the way, we will pass through Segrila Pass once again.
【巴松措】
巴松措景區集雪山、湖泊、森林、瀑布牧場、名勝古刹為一體，景色殊異，四時不同，屬國家級森林公園、5A級景區。
【湖心島】
寺院私島。湖心島沿順時針方向轉島，可以看到桃抱松、以前的水葬臺、樹葉上有自然形成的藏文字母的“字母樹”、蓮花生大師洗臉的神泉、遠山與湖水交融…… 島上有一座古老的【措宗貢巴寺】，可以看到西藏宗教的另一面——生殖崇拜，它們分別擺放在寺廟石階的兩側，男左女右，也是象徵對生命的尊重。
【結巴村】
是觀賞巴松錯和周圍兩座雪山“國王寶座”和“燃燒的火焰”的最佳位置。這里沒有被開發，沒有商業氣息，我們所看到的一切都是大自然賦予的。清澈的小河被群山環繞，緩緩流淌；草場上如星星點綴的馬兒牛羊，悠閒的吃草漫步。
After breakfast, we will depart Nyingchi and drive about 2 hours to Basumtso Lake (altitude 3,538 meters), also known as Basong Tso or Dragsum Tso. Located in Gongbo'gyamda County, Basumtso is one of the most beautiful lakes in eastern Tibet and is recognized as both a National Forest Park and a 5A Scenic Area. Its emerald-green waters reflect the surrounding snow-capped peaks, creating a picture-perfect landscape that changes with the light throughout the day.
Basumtso also holds deep spiritual significance for Tibetan Buddhists, particularly followers of the Nyingma school. It is believed to be blessed by Guru Rinpoche and King Gesar, two revered figures in Tibetan culture. The road leading to the lake winds through peaceful valleys and mountains, offering breathtaking scenery along the way.
Upon arrival, enjoy the serene atmosphere and stunning views. A highlight of the visit is Tashi Island, a small island on the lake that houses Tsozong Monastery, a modest but historically important Nyingma monastery dating back to the 17th century. You may take a leisurely walk around the island to enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Along the way, you’ll see the “Peach-Embracing Pine,” the ancient water-burial platform, and the unique “Letter Tree,” whose leaves display naturally formed Tibetan letters. Don’t miss the sacred well, still honored by local pilgrims.
Afterward, you may also visit Jieba Village, an idyllic Tibetan village offering excellent viewpoints of Basumtso Lake and the surrounding peaks known as the “King’s Throne” and the “Burning Flame.” It is a wonderful place to appreciate traditional Tibetan culture and daily life.
Following the visit, we will begin the drive back to Lhasa, which takes about 4-5 hours.
【羊卓雍湖】
是西藏三大聖湖之一的淡水湖，湖水如羊脂般清澈，湖水甘甜，可以飲用。湛藍的湖水與遠方的雪山連為一體，加上兩岸各色的山脈、極具特色的藏民族村落、遍地的牛羊，一路走來，心曠神怡。羊湖湖水面積638平方公里，湖面海拔4441米，湖岸線長達250千米。此湖也被認為是神女遺落在人間的松石耳串。站在海拔4950米的崗巴拉山頂向南眺望，羊卓雍措像一塊鑲嵌在群峰之中的藍寶石，碧藍的湖水平滑如鏡，明藍映天。
【卡若拉冰川】（遊覽約20分鐘）
西藏三大大陸型冰川之一，冰川背靠西藏四大高峰之一的乃欽康桑雪山，巨大的冰川從山頂雲霧飄緲處，一直延伸到離公路只有幾百米的路邊。雖然由於長年受公路上灰塵的影響，冰川整體呈黑白分層形態，但冰川上半部在陽光的照耀下，猶如一副巨型唐卡掛在山壁上，熠熠生輝。由於先後有電影《紅河谷》、《江孜之戰》、《雲水謠》曾在此拍攝外景，而聲名遠揚。
夜宿日喀則—後藏中心
【日喀則】藏語意為“最好的莊園”，是“西藏的糧倉”之一。是歷史上後藏的政治、宗教、文化中心，也是歷代班禪的駐錫之地。已有500多年歷史，是目前西藏的第二大城市。

Today, you’ll embark on a scenic drive from Lhasa to Shigatse, Tibet’s second-largest city. The journey covers around 370 kilometers and takes 7 hours’ drive, with stops to admire two of Tibet’s most spectacular natural wonders - Yamdrok Lake and Karola Glacier.
In the morning, after about 2-3 hours of driving (110 km), get your camera ready as you approach Kampala Pass (4,797 m). Here, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of Yamdrok Lake, a turquoise ribbon shimmering among snow-capped mountains. Known as one of Tibet’s four sacred lakes (along with Lhamo Latso, Manasarovar, and Namtso), Yamdrok is believed to hold spiritual power - helping Tibetans locate the reincarnated soul of the Dalai Lama. You’ll also see locals offering photo opportunities with Tibetan mastiffs, yaks, or goats dressed in traditional ornaments.
In the afternoon, continue driving for about 1.5 hours (87 km) to reach the stunning Karola Glacier (5,012 m) - one of Tibet’s three major continental glaciers and a filming site of the movie Red Valley (Hong He Gu). Backed by Naiqin Kangsang Peak (7,191 m), the glacier gleams like a frozen waterfall cascading right beside the highway. You can enjoy the view from your vehicle or take a short, easy walk to the glacier’s base. Across the road, admire the majestic snow-capped Mount Kalurong - another highlight of this alpine wonderland.
Tips for visiting Karola Glacier:
The altitude here is about 5,012 meters, so move slowly and avoid overexertion.
The public toilets are very basic - be prepared.
Some locals may charge a small fee for taking photos with them or their animals - always confirm before photographing.
Afterward, drive about 3.5 hours (170 km) through Gyantse, along the wide Nianchu River Valley, passing through scenic Tibetan villages, vast barley fields, and golden rapeseed flower fields (in summer). Upon arrival in Shigatse (altitude: 3845 meters), check into your hotel and rest well.

For foreign and Taiwan travelers, registration at the Shigatse Entry & Exit Administration Office is required. Your guide will assist with the process and may adjust the schedule accordingly - please follow their instructions and cooperate as needed.
【扎什倫布寺】（遊覽約1小時）
它也稱“吉祥須彌寺”，日喀則地區大的寺廟，與拉薩的哲蚌寺，色拉寺和甘丹寺以及青海的塔爾寺和甘肅的拉蔔楞寺並列為格魯派的六大寺廟。由宗喀巴的弟子一世達賴根敦珠巴於1447年倡建。扎什倫布寺極盛時房間總數達3000餘間，寺僧5000餘人，下屬寺廟50餘座，莊園牧場30餘處。從第四世班禪起，後世班禪均以此寺為駐錫地，現在的扎什倫布寺共有：扎倉4個，經堂 56座，房務3600餘間，寺僧800餘名，總占地面積30萬平方米。
遊玩亮點：
被譽為後藏自尊，是歷代班禪的駐錫地，也是後藏地區大的寺廟，與拉薩三大寺並稱為藏地四大寺。
強巴佛殿內供奉著銅塑佛像，共用黃銅231400 斤，黃金6700 兩，僅鑲嵌佛像兩眉，就用了大小鑽石珍珠 等1400 多顆。
寺內供奉有造型精美絕倫的班禪舍利塔，使用黃金、白銀、銅、綢緞、珊瑚、珍珠、瑪瑙、綠松石等多種 材質不計其數

This morning, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, the spiritual heart of Shigatse.
Founded in 1447 by Gyalwa Gedun Drup, the 1st Dalai Lama and a disciple of Tsongkhapa, Tashilhunpo Monastery is the largest monastery in Tibet’s Tsang region and one of the six great Gelug monasteries alongside Drepung, Sera, Ganden, Labrang, and Ta’er. It has long been the traditional seat of the Panchen Lamas, the second-highest incarnation lineage in Tibetan Buddhism after the Dalai Lama.
At its height, the monastery housed over 5,000 monks and included more than 3,000 rooms, 50 affiliated temples, and 30 manors and pastures. Today, you can still sense its grandeur as you explore its vast complex of prayer halls, courtyards, and golden roofs glinting under the sun.
Highlights of Tashilhunpo Monastery:
Admire the Maitreya (Future Buddha) Chapel, which enshrines a magnificent bronze statue of the Maitreya Buddha - made with over 115 tons of copper, 250 kg of gold, and adorned with more than 1,400 precious jewels including diamonds and pearls.
Pay respect to the sacred stupas (reliquary chortens) of successive Panchen Lamas, exquisitely crafted with gold, silver, coral, pearls, turquoise, and silk.
Enjoy a panoramic view of Shigatse city and the serene monastic life, where monks in crimson robes chant sutras echoing through the halls.
After visiting Tashilhunpo Monastery, drive back to Lhasa along the scenic Friendship Highway, following the Yarlung Tsangpo River. The journey takes about 4.5-5 hours (270 km). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax for the night.

【大昭寺】（遊覽約1小時）
大昭寺融合了藏、唐、尼泊爾、印度的建築風格，是藏式宗教建築的千古經典。寺前終日香火繚繞，信徒們虔誠的叩拜在門前的青石地板上留下了等身長頭的深深印痕。萬盞酥油燈長明，留下了歲月和朝聖者的痕跡。在這里，對神的膜拜是不分晝夜的。

Potala Palace
This is the most iconic landmark of Tibet and the former winter residence of the Dalai Lamas (1649-1959). After climbing 365 stone steps from the palace gate to the Red Palace, you’ll reach the highest ancient palace in the world - standing proudly at 3,700 meters above sea level - and enjoy stunning panoramic view of Lhasa city.
As you wander through the halls, chapels, and sacred shrines that honor past Dalai Lamas, you’ll be captivated by the intricate murals, exquisite carvings, dazzling jeweled decorations, and the deep spiritual atmosphere that fills the air. Your guide will also share fascinating stories about King Songtsen Gampo, the 33rd ruler of Tibet, who originally built the Potala Palace in the 7th century to honor his marriage to Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty.
Potala Palace Visiting Tips:
All visitors must enter as part of a guided group and can stay inside for a maximum of one hour.
Tickets are issued under a real-name reservation system. A valid ID, MTP or passport is required, and once reserved, rebooking is not allowed within 7 days.
Entry times are assigned randomly by the Potala Palace Administration, and it’s not possible to choose your visiting hour.
During peak season, your travel group may be split into smaller sub-groups with different visiting times or guides.
Photography is strictly prohibited inside the palace.
The Potala Palace is closed on Mondays. If your visit happens to fall on Monday, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. Please confirm the final arrangements with your travel consultant.
Johkang Temple
Jokhang Temple, the spiritual heart of Lhasa with a history of more than 1,300 years. From afar, you’ll see countless devoted pilgrims prostrating in front of the temple. Stop for a while to witness this moving sight and the unwavering faith of Tibetan Buddhists. This will be a moment to touch your soul.
According to legend, Jokhang Temple was built by King Songtsen Gampo for his two brides - Princess Wencheng of China and Princess Bhrikuti of Nepal. The name Jokhang means “House of the Buddha,” and the temple enshrines a life-sized statue of the 12-year-old Sakyamuni, one of the most sacred treasures in the Buddhist world. This makes Jokhang Temple the holiest pilgrimage site in Tibet.
Take time to explore the temple’s intricate architecture - admire the colorful murals, ornate decorations, and fine carvings that showcase the essence of Tibetan craftsmanship. From the second floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bustling Barkhor Street below.

Jokhang Temple is an active religious site. During important religious ceremonies or special events, access may be restricted - your understanding is appreciated.
Barkhor Street
Step outside to Barkhor Street, once the traditional kora (pilgrimage circuit) around the temple. Today, it’s a lively place filled with the scent of incense and the sounds of chanting pilgrims. After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the holy city of Lhasa. Your guide and driver will escort you to Lhasa Gonggar Airport or Lhasa Railway Station. Take your flight or train to next destination or go home.
Travel Tips:
The drive from downtown Lhasa to the airport takes about 1 hour, so we recommend booking flights departing after 10:00 AM.
Please share your flight or train schedule with us in advance to ensure a smooth transfer.

1.Transportation：
Regular licensed tourist vehicles (7–26 seats)
If there are fewer than 4 travelers for Lhasa city sightseeing, your guide will accompany you by taxi, and the taxi fare will be covered by the travel agency.
This is a join-in group tour, so changes of vehicles or guides may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to Tibet’s limited tourism infrastructure, vehicles are generally older than those in mainland cities.
Most vehicles do not use air conditioning, as high altitude and temperature differences can cause mechanical issues and increase the risk of catching a cold.
There are driving speed limits in certain regions of Tibet (e.g., specific sections must not be completed in less than two hours). Your driver may stop at random points for rest or waiting—please be patient and enjoy the scenery.
When joining a group, pickups may involve waiting while collecting guests from multiple hotels. Please be punctual; if you voluntarily give up any day’s travel, the vehicle fee cannot be refunded.
Luggage policy: To ensure safety and comfort at high altitude, each traveler may bring one 26-inch suitcase and one small backpack. The guide will assist in storing excess luggage at your Lhasa hotel if necessary.
2.Accommodation：
Standard twin rooms in basic hotels (double occupancy)
Single-bed rooms (king-size) are not guaranteed; no extra bed or breakfast is provided for travelers not occupying a bed.
In case of odd-numbered travelers, the agency may arrange triple rooms, room-sharing, or charge a single supplement.
Fixed hotels are pre-arranged for group tours; specific hotel requests cannot be accepted.

Only the main entrance tickets listed in the itinerary are included; all sites will be visited as scheduled.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent access to a site, an alternative of equal value will be arranged after discussion.
Off-season pricing already reflects discounted ticket rates. No refund is available for reduced or free admission, and no extra charge will apply if ticket policies change.
Both Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple require real-name ticket reservations—please follow your guide’s instructions.
6.Tibet Permits：
Includes application and processing of all required travel documents:
Tibet Entry Permit, Alien Travel Permit, and Military Permit (if applicable)
Some scenic areas require a Border Pass. As requirements often change, Chinese nationals are advised to apply for the Border Pass at their local Public Security Bureau before departure.

8.Pick upand Drop off：

Notes:
Travelers arriving in Tibet before or leaving after the official group dates must pay extra for separate transfers.
If your flight is outside the free transfer hours, an additional fee will apply.
For group transfers, travelers on similar flight schedules will be arranged together; waiting time may vary (up to about 2 hours).
Our staff will confirm your transfer details one day in advance. If you prefer a private transfer, please inform us ahead of time and pay the extra cost.

1.Single Room Supplement：
Tour prices are based on twin-room occupancy (except for dormitory-style rooms).
If you require a single room, an additional single supplement fee will apply.
2.Hotel Change or Cancellation Loss：
Since hotels are repaid in full, no refunds will be issued for any unused nights or itinerary changes.
Any damage to hotel property or extra charges incurred will be the traveler’s own responsibility.
3.Personal Expenses
All personal expenses are not included, such as:

ü Drinks, snacks, tobacco, or alcohol
Any other items or services of a personal nature
4.Unforeseen Circumstances：
In case of force majeure or events beyond the control of the travel agency (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, or insufficient group size), the agency reserves the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary. Any extra costs incurred as a result will be borne by the traveler.
5.Transportation to and from Tibet：
The tour price does not include flights or train tickets to and from Tibet.
If you would like the travel agency to assist with booking, additional costs will apply.
