To visit Basum Lake’s Heart Island, tickets must be purchased through the scenic area, and access is only available via sightseeing boats. It is advisable to check the weather and opening status in advance. In the high-altitude area, please take precautions against sun exposure and keep warm, while avoiding strenuous activity. When visiting the ancient temple on the island, please observe religious etiquette and refrain from touching cultural relics or making loud noises.

巴松措湖心島介紹：巴松措湖心島是西藏林芝巴松措湖的核心景點，海拔約3480米，通過浮橋與岸邊相連。島上坐落著擁有1500多年歷史的唐代寺廟措宗貢巴寺，為紅教寧瑪派的重要聖地，供奉蓮花生大師等佛像，寺外有白塔和轉經筒，充滿藏傳佛教氛圍。島上有「桃抱松」等千年古樹，傳說其與湖底不相連，行走時能感到輕微晃動。四周雪山環抱，湖水呈現獨特的藍綠色，宛若翡翠，遊客可沿環島步道漫步，感受自然與信仰交融的寧靜。

Introduction to the Heart Island of Basum Lake: The Heart Island of Basum Lake (Basong Tso) is a core attraction located within the lake in Nyingchi, Tibet, at an altitude of approximately 3,480 meters, connected to the shore by a floating bridge. The island houses the 1,500-year-old Tsozong Gompa Monastery, a significant sacred site of the Nyingma sect of Tibetan Buddhism, dedicated to figures such as Padmasambhava, with external white stupas and prayer wheels enhancing its spiritual ambiance. Ancient trees including the "peach-pine" grow on the island, which is traditionally said to be a "hollow island," not connected to the lakebed, giving a slight swaying sensation when walked upon. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and emerald-green waters, visitors can stroll along the island’s circular trail to experience the harmony of nature and faith.
