扎什倫佈寺

扎什倫布寺為國家5A級景區，門票需現場購買（旺季約100元，淡季約55元），無需線上預約。開放時間為每日9:00至19:30（冬季或調整為18:00關閉）。入寺需出示有效身份證件核驗，建議提前備好現金以備不時之需。寺院為宗教聖地，參觀時須衣著得體（避免短裙、短褲等），殿內禁止拍照、觸摸佛像經書，並請保持肅靜。轉經需按順時針方向行走，不可逆行。寺內階梯較多且地面光滑，請穿防滑鞋謹慎行走。高原地區紫外線強烈，需做好防曬措施；海拔約3800米，應避免劇烈運動預防高反。請尊重宗教習俗，勿隨意拍攝僧侶，並自覺帶走垃圾。

Tashilhunpo Monastery is a national 5A-level scenic area. Tickets must be purchased on-site (approximately 100 yuan during peak season, 55 yuan during off-peak season) and do not require online reservation. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 19:30 daily (possibly adjusted to 18:00 in winter). Valid identification documents are required for entry verification, and it is advisable to carry cash for contingencies. As a sacred religious site, visitors must dress modestly (avoid shorts, short skirts, etc.), refrain from photography inside the halls, and avoid touching Buddha statues or scriptures while maintaining quietness. Circumambulation must follow a clockwise direction. The monastery has many steps and slippery surfaces, so wear anti-slip shoes and walk carefully. Due to intense UV radiation on the plateau, sun protection is essential. The altitude is around 3,800 meters; avoid strenuous activity to prevent altitude sickness. Respect religious customs by not photographing monks without permission, and take all trash with you when leaving.

扎什倫布寺位於西藏日喀則市尼色日山南麓，是藏傳佛教格魯派（黃教）六大寺院之一，由一世達賴根敦珠巴於1447年興建，為歷代班禪的駐錫地。寺院佔地15萬平方米，融合藏式建築風格與佛教藝術，以措欽大殿、強巴佛殿、歷代班禪靈塔殿為核心建築，其中強巴佛殿內供奉著高26.2米的鎏金銅鑄彌勒佛像，為世界最高銅佛坐像。寺內珍藏大量明清文物、貝葉經及皇室賜予的金印玉冊，兼具宗教、歷史與藝術價值。1961年被列為全國重點文物保護單位，2017年評為國家5A級旅遊景區，每日開放時間為09:00-17:30（中午時段或調整），門票約100元，是探索藏傳佛教文化與漢藏交流史的重要聖地

Tashilhunpo Monastery, situated at the southern foot of Nyima Mountain in Shigatse, Tibet, is one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school (Yellow Hat) of Tibetan Buddhism. Founded in 1447 by the First Dalai Lama, Gendun Druba, it serves as the traditional seat of successive Panchen Lamas. The monastery complex spans 150,000 square meters and integrates traditional Tibetan architectural styles with Buddhist art, featuring key structures such as the Tsochen Hall (Main Assembly Hall), the Jamba Buddha Hall (Maitreya Chapel), and the stupa halls of the Panchen Lamas. The Jamba Buddha Hall houses a 26.2-meter-high gilded bronze statue of Maitreya, the tallest seated copper Buddha statue in the world. The monastery preserves numerous cultural relics from the Ming and Qing dynasties, including palm-leaf manuscripts and gold seals bestowed by imperial courts, highlighting its religious, historical, and artistic significance. It was designated as a Major National Historical and Cultural Site in 1961 and rated as a National 5A-level Tourist Attraction in 2017. It is open daily from 09:00 to 17:30 (with possible midday adjustments), with an admission fee of approximately 100 yuan, making it a vital destination for exploring Tibetan Buddhist culture and Sino-Tibetan historical exchanges.
