預訂前往拉薩火車站的車票，請通過中國鐵路官網或APP提前操作，並確保乘車人證件信息準確。西藏鐵路實行實名制，進站需人、證、票一致。拉薩海拔約3650米，火車站地處高原，建議初到旅客放緩節奏，注意保暖防曬，預防高原反應。車站禁止攜帶氧氣罐等危險品，但可自備便攜式氧氣瓶。由於安檢嚴格，請至少提前1小時抵達車站。出站後可選擇出租車或公交車前往市區。

When booking train tickets to Lhasa Railway Station, make reservations in advance via the China Railway website or app, ensuring passenger ID information is accurate. Tibet railway operations require real-name registration; boarding requires matching ticket, ID, and passenger. As Lhasa's altitude is around 3,650 meters and the station is located on the plateau, newly arrived travelers should move slowly, stay warm, use sun protection, and prevent altitude sickness. Note: carrying oxygen tanks is prohibited, but portable oxygen canisters are allowed. Due to strict security checks, arrive at the station at least 1 hour early. Taxis and buses are available for transport to the city center.

Lhasa Railway Station, the terminus of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, is one of the world's highest-altitude railway stations at approximately 3,641 meters above sea level. Located in Liuwu New District southwest of downtown Lhasa, about 8 kilometers from the Potala Palace, it officially opened on July 1, 2006, coinciding with the inauguration of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The station's architecture blends traditional Tibetan elements with modern design; its red-and-white main building resembles a contemporary palace echoing the Potala Palace. As Tibet's most important transport hub, it features a "Colorful Hada" passenger service center offering multilingual assistance and plateau medical aid. Today, it stands not only as a vital gateway connecting Tibet with inland China but also as the triumphant endpoint for many travelers' Qinghai-Tibet railway journeys and the starting point of their Tibetan adventure.
