加烏拉山口

前往加烏拉山口無需預約或購票，但因其位於珠穆朗瑪峰國家自然保護區內，需在進入保護區前統一購買景區門票。該山口海拔約5210米，極易引發高原反應，務必提前備好氧氣瓶、高反藥物及防寒保暖衣物，避免劇烈運動。山口路段彎多風大，建議駕駛越野車謹慎慢行，冬季需注意冰雪路面。觀景時請在指定安全區域停車，切勿隨意駛入路邊脆弱草甸。請自覺帶走全部垃圾，嚴格遵守保護區生態規定，尊重當地信仰，不對瑪尼堆、經幡有不敬行為。因海拔高、氣候多變，行程前請務必關注天氣預報。

No reservation or ticket purchase is required specifically for visiting Gyawu La Pass. However, as it is located within the Mount Qomolangma National Nature Reserve, visitors must purchase the general scenic area entry ticket before entering the reserve. The pass sits at an altitude of approximately 5,210 meters, making altitude sickness highly probable; it is essential to prepare oxygen bottles, altitude sickness medication, and warm clothing in advance, and avoid strenuous activity. The road to the pass is winding and windy; driving an off-road vehicle with caution is recommended, and ice on the road should be noted in winter. When viewing the scenery, park only in designated safe areas and do not drive onto the fragile roadside meadows. Take all trash with you, strictly adhere to the reserve's ecological regulations, respect local beliefs, and avoid disrespectful behavior toward mani stone piles or prayer flags. Due to the high altitude and changeable weather, be sure to check the forecast before your trip.

加烏拉山口位於西藏日喀則市定日縣珠峰路，海拔約五千二百一十米，是前往珠穆朗瑪峰大本營的必經埡口，也是全球唯一能同時眺望五座八千米級雪峰的觀景台。從這裡可清晰觀賞馬卡魯峰、洛子峰、珠穆朗瑪峰、卓奧友峰和希夏邦馬峰的壯麗全景，被譽為「中國最大的觀景台」。冬季旱季（十月至次年三月）能見度高，且珠峰景區免門票，是拍攝日照金山與星空銀河的絕佳時機。山口設有兩個觀景平台，全程柏油路支持轎車通行。需注意高原反應防護、防寒及提前辦理邊防證。

The Gala Pass is located on Zhu Feng Road in Tingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet, at an altitude of approximately 5,210 meters. It is a key mountain pass on the way to Mount Everest Base Camp and the only viewing platform in the world from which five peaks above 8,000 meters can be observed simultaneously. From here, one can clearly admire the magnificent panoramas of Makalu, Lhotse, Mount Everest, Cho Oyu, and Shishapangma, earning it the title of "China's Largest Viewing Platform." During the dry winter season (October to March), visibility is excellent, and the Everest scenic area waives entrance fees, providing an outstanding opportunity to capture the "golden sunrise" and the starry Milky Way. The pass features two viewing platforms, and the entire route is paved, accessible by standard sedans. Attention should be given to protection against altitude sickness, staying warm, and obtaining a border pass in advance.
