吉普大峽谷

前往吉普大峽谷無需提前預約或購票，但因其地處中尼邊境，遊客必須在出發前於戶籍地或拉薩、日喀則等地公安局辦理有效的《邊境通行證》。景區全天開放，最佳遊覽期為每年5月至10月。峽谷地形險峻，部分路段濕滑陡峭，建議穿著防滑徒步鞋並使用登山杖，行走時務必小心。谷底水流湍急，切勿嘗試涉水或在無護欄處逗留。保護自然環境，請勿亂扔垃圾或驚擾野生動物。由於景區信號較弱，建議提前下載離線地圖。自駕前往需確保車況良好，部分路段崎嶇狹窄，應謹慎駕駛。

No advance reservation or ticket purchase is required to visit Jipu Grand Canyon, but as it is located in the China-Nepal border area, visitors must obtain a valid "Border Area Travel Permit" from the public security bureau in their place of household registration or in cities like Lhasa or Shigatse before departure. The scenic area is open all day, with the best visiting period from May to October each year. The canyon terrain is steep and rugged, with some sections being slippery and precipitous; wearing anti-slip hiking boots and using trekking poles is recommended, and caution is essential while walking. The bottom of the canyon has fast-flowing water; do not attempt to wade or linger in unguarded areas. Protect the natural environment by refraining from littering or disturbing wildlife. Due to weak mobile signals in the scenic area, downloading offline maps in advance is advised. If self-driving, ensure the vehicle is in good condition, and drive cautiously as some road sections are rough and narrow.

吉普大峽谷位於西藏日喀則市吉隆縣吉隆鎮南部不遠處，是吉隆溝的核心景觀之一，被譽為「喜馬拉雅五大溝中最美的峽谷」。峽谷全長約十餘公里，因岩層斷裂和河流深切而形成深邃的V型地貌，兩側懸崖峭壁高聳，谷底吉隆藏布江水流湍急、聲如雷鳴。峽谷以「深、奇、險、秀」著稱，得益於印度洋暖濕氣流的影響，谷內植被茂密，氣候溫潤，素有「西藏小江南」之稱。標誌性的吉普吊橋橫跨峽谷，行走其上可俯瞰令人震撼的峽谷全景。周邊的吉普村依然保留著傳統的藏式民居風貌，傳說這裏還是唐代赤尊公主與松贊干布聯姻時的相遇之地，賦予了其獨特的歷史人文韻味。目前無需門票，非常適合自駕或徒步前來探索。

Jipu Grand Canyon is located not far south of Jilong Town, Jilong County, Shigatse City, Tibet. It is one of the core landscapes of Jilong Valley, reputed as "the most beautiful canyon among the five great valleys of the Himalayas." Stretching over ten kilometers, it was formed by rock layer fracturing and deep river incision, resulting in a profound V-shaped topography with towering cliffs on both sides. At the bottom flows the roaring and turbulent Jilong Tsangpo River. Renowned for its "depth, uniqueness, peril, and beauty," the canyon enjoys dense vegetation and a mild, humid climate under the influence of moist air currents from the Indian Ocean, earning it the nickname "Little Jiangnan of Tibet." The iconic Jipu Suspension Bridge spans the canyon, offering breathtaking panoramic views from above. Nearby Jipu Village preserves its traditional Tibetan residential architecture, and legend holds it to be the meeting place of Princess Bhrikuti and King Songtsen Gampo during their marriage alliance in the Tang Dynasty, infusing it with distinctive historical and cultural resonance. Currently, no entrance fee is required, making it ideal for self-driving or hiking exploration.
