昂拉仁措

昂拉仁錯為自然開放區域，無需預約或購票，但因地處偏遠須自駕前往。此地平均海拔約4700米，必須嚴防高原反應，出發前需備足氧氣瓶、高反藥物、防寒衣物及高熱量食物。前往多為非鋪裝路面，建議駕駛越野車且最好雙車結伴以防陷車或故障，全程無信號需攜帶衛星電話或GPS。由於屬原生態區，禁止留下任何垃圾或驚擾野生動物，同時需尊重當地牧民習俗與聖湖信仰。最佳到訪期為5月至9月，行前務必核查天氣與路況。

Angren Tso is a natural open area that requires no reservation or ticket purchase; however, due to its remote location, self-driving is necessary. The area averages around 4,700 meters in altitude, necessitating strict precautions against altitude sickness. Prepare sufficient oxygen bottles, altitude sickness medication, warm clothing, and high-calorie food before departure. The route largely consists of unpaved roads; it is advisable to drive an off-road vehicle and ideally travel in two cars to prevent getting stuck or encountering mechanical failures. Since there is no signal coverage throughout the journey, carry a satellite phone or GPS. As it is a pristine ecological zone, leaving any trash or disturbing wildlife is prohibited, and respect for local herding customs and sacred lake beliefs is required. The best visitation period is from May to September, and always check weather and road conditions before traveling.

Ngangla Ring Tso is located in Zhongba County, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region, on the northern foothills of the Gangdise Mountains, with a lake surface elevation of approximately 4,700 meters. It is a vast plateau saline lake renowned for its deep blue waters and pristine wilderness landscape. Surrounded by colorful prayer flags and mani stone piles, together with distant snow-capped mountains, it forms a tranquil and sacred scene, hailed as a “blue gem” in the hidden realms of northern Tibet.
