前往讚丹寺遊覽無需提前預約，景區全天免費開放，但建議在上午9點至下午6點間前往以確保可進入大殿參觀。由於地處海拔約4100米的高原，需提前做好防高反準備，避免劇烈運動。參觀時需遵守寺廟規定：進入大殿需脫鞋，殿內禁止拍照、觸摸佛像和大聲喧嘩。請按順時針方向轉經，尊重宗教習俗。寺廟位於索縣亞拉鎮，可從縣城步行約15分鐘抵達，建議穿著便於行走的鞋子。夏季為最佳遊覽期，但晝夜溫差大，需備好防寒衣物。

No advance booking is required to visit Zandan Temple, as the site is open all day and free of charge. However, it is recommended to visit between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to ensure access to the main halls. Located at an altitude of approximately 4,100 meters, visitors should prepare for altitude sickness in advance and avoid strenuous activities. When visiting, please adhere to temple rules: remove shoes before entering the halls, refrain from taking photos, touching statues, or speaking loudly inside. Circumambulate in a clockwise direction and respect religious customs. The temple is situated in Yala Town, Suo County, and can be reached by a 15-minute walk from the county town. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Summer is the best time to visit, but due to significant temperature differences between day and night, warm clothing is essential.

讚丹寺，又稱「索縣小布達拉宮」，位於西藏那曲市索縣亞拉鎮的雅拉多山頂，海拔約4100米。寺廟始建於1668年，是藏北地區最早的格魯派寺廟之一，其紅白相間的層疊式建築與拉薩布達拉宮高度相似，因而得名。寺院主體由紅宮、白宮及僧舍組成，紅宮供奉著珍貴的強巴佛鎏金銅像、千年唐卡和金銀粉書寫的經卷，白宮則為僧人修行起居之所。寺外環繞著長達1.5公里的轉經廊，內置1080個瑪尼筒，信徒沿順時針方向轉經的場景充滿虔誠氛圍。登臨寺頂可俯瞰索縣全景與遠處草原雪山，日落時分尤為壯麗。作為AA級旅遊景區和自治區級文物保護單位，這裡融合了藏傳佛教藝術、歷史傳說與自然風光，是體驗藏北宗教文化的靜謐聖地。

Zandan Temple, also known as the "Little Potala Palace of Suo County," is situated atop the Yala Duo Mountain in Yala Town, Suo County, Nagqu City, Tibet, at an altitude of approximately 4,100 meters. Built in 1668, it is one of the earliest Gelugpa sect temples in northern Tibet. Its red-and-white layered architecture closely resembles the Potala Palace in Lhasa, hence its nickname. The temple complex consists of the Red Palace, the White Palace, and monk quarters. The Red Palace houses precious artifacts, including a gilded bronze statue of Maitreya Buddha, ancient thangkas, and scriptures written with gold and silver powder, while the White Palace serves as the living quarters for monks. Surrounding the temple is a 1.5-kilometer-long prayer wheel corridor with 1,080 mani wheels, where devotees perform clockwise circumambulation in a solemn atmosphere. From the temple’s summit, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Suo County and the distant grasslands and snow-capped mountains, especially breathtaking at sunset. As an AA-level tourist attraction and an autonomous region-level cultural heritage site, Zandan Temple blends Tibetan Buddhist art, historical legends, and natural scenery, offering a serene sanctuary to experience the religious culture of northern Tibet.
