報備主體
所有車輛與人員（含自駕、包車、徒步）必須提前報備。
報備機構：相關自然保護區管理部門（電話：0896-3822888）。

報備時間與材料
提前5天提交以下材料至指定郵箱：
《生態訪問申請表》（官方平台下載）
車輛行駛證、駕駛證掃描件
所有人員身份證掃描件及緊急聯繫方式
詳細行程計劃（含每日路線、露營點、垃圾處理方案）
審核周期：提交後3個工作日內回覆。

Registration Entities
All vehicles and personnel (including self-driving, chartered vehicles, and徒步) must register in advance.
Registration authority: Relevant natural reserve management department (Tel: 0896-3822888).

Registration Time and Materials
Submit the following materials to the designated email address 5 days in advance:
"Ecological Visit Application Form" (downloadable from the official platform)
Scanned copies of vehicle registration certificate and driver's license
Scanned copies of ID cards for all personnel and emergency contact information
Detailed itinerary plan (including daily routes, camping points, waste management plan)
Review period: A response will be provided within 3 working days after submission.

Siling Co is located at the junction of Baingoin County, Xainza County, and Nyima County in Nagqu City, Tibet. It is the largest lake in Tibet and the second-largest saline lake in the region, integrating three core values: "the ecological kingdom of plateau lakes, a paradise for wildlife in northern Tibet, and a living archive of the geographical evolution of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau." It is acclaimed as the "Blue Heart of the Changtang."
