西藏博物館

西藏博物館實行免費實名預約制，遊客需提前透過官方微信公眾號預約，參觀時須攜帶身份證件核驗。開放時間通常為上午至傍晚，週一例行閉館。請注意館內禁止使用閃光燈拍照，並請保持安靜，勿觸摸展品。

The Tibet Museum operates a free real-name reservation system. Visitors must make an appointment in advance through the official WeChat account and present their ID for verification upon entry. It is generally open from morning until evening, and is closed every Monday. Please note that flash photography is prohibited inside the museum, and visitors are asked to maintain quiet and avoid touching the exhibits.

西藏博物馆坐落于拉萨市罗布林卡旁，是西藏首座集现代化功能于一体的综合性博物馆。建筑巧妙融合藏式传统风格与现代设计理念，外观保留藏式女儿墙与琉璃瓦顶特色，内部通过玻璃金顶引入自然光线，营造出"会呼吸"的展览空间。常设展览涵盖西藏历史与文化和民俗文化等主题，通过双体陶罐、唐卡、贝叶经等珍贵文物，系统展示西藏从史前到现代的历史发展与民俗特色。博物馆免费对公众开放，参观需凭身份证预约，是了解西藏人文与自然遗产的重要窗口。

Its architecture skillfully integrates traditional Tibetan styles with contemporary design, preserving characteristic Tibetan parapet walls and glazed tile roofs on the exterior, while a glass golden dome floods the interior with natural light, creating an exhibition space that "breathes." Permanent exhibitions include themes such as Tibetan History and Culture and Tibetan Folk Culture, systematically presenting Tibet's historical development and folk customs from prehistoric times to the modern era through precious cultural relics like double-bodied pottery jars, thangkas, and Pattra-leaf scriptures. The museum offers free admission to the public, requiring ID reservation for visits, making it a vital gateway to understanding Tibet's cultural and natural heritage.
