日常參觀
免費開放：湖泊為自然保護區公共區域，無門票、無需預約。
自由訪問：散客可直接前往，但需遵守保護區管理規定。

強制生態報備（關鍵！）
准入報備：所有車輛及人員進入前，必須提前3天向班戈縣相關部門（電話：0896-3672885）報備以下資訊：
車牌號碼、駕駛員證件資訊
所有人員身份證號及緊急聯繫方式
預計進入時間、停留時長、露營計劃（如有）
車輛類型及環保裝備清單（垃圾回收袋、便攜廁所等）
環保押金：可能需繳納500-1000元/車生態保護押金（離開時經檢查無生態破壞行為後退還）。

Daily Visit
Free admission: The lake is a public area within a nature reserve, with no entrance fees or reservations required.
Open access: Individual visitors may proceed directly but must comply with reserve management regulations.

Mandatory Ecological Registration (Critical!)
Entry registration: All vehicles and personnel must register with the relevant department of Baingoin County (Tel: 0896-3672885) 3 days in advance, providing the following information:
License plate number, driver's identification details
ID numbers and emergency contact information for all personnel
Estimated entry time, duration of stay, camping plans (if applicable)
Vehicle type and list of eco-friendly equipment (waste collection bags, portable toilets, etc.)
Environmental deposit: A deposit of 500-1000 RMB per vehicle may be required (refundable upon inspection confirming no ecological damage upon departure).

巴木措位於西藏那曲市班戈縣境內，是羌塘草原東南部最大的內陸淡水湖之一，集高原湖泊鏡面效應、羌塘生物多樣性標本、藏北遊牧文化活態場景於一體，被譽為「羌塘的藍色心臟」。

Bam Co is located in Baingoin County, Nagqu City, Tibet. It is one of the largest inland freshwater lakes in the southeastern part of the Changtang Grassland, integrating the mirror-like effect of a highland lake, a specimen of Changtang biodiversity, and a living scene of northern Tibetan nomadic culture. It is acclaimed as the "Blue Heart of the Changtang."
