特克斯縣城（八卦城）為免費開放式旅遊區，全年全天開放，無需預約或購票，但登高俯瞰全貌的熱氣球、太極眼摩天輪或城市觀景台等項目需現場或通過官方平台另行購票。遊玩時需注意：縣城街道按八卦佈局呈放射狀，雖無紅綠燈但環島眾多，自駕時請嚴格遵守環島通行規則，禮讓行人；若計劃操作無人機航拍，必須提前1-3個工作日在“特克斯縣公安”微信公眾號或縣政務大廳申請報備，獲批後方可在指定區域飛行；縣城為多民族聚居地，請尊重當地哈薩克族、維吾爾族等少數民族的風俗習慣；參觀離街等民俗街區時，請勿大聲喧嘩或隨意進入民居院落；周邊草原景區（如喀拉峻）需單獨購票且遊覽範圍廣，建議合理安排時間並備好防風防曬用品。

Tekes County (the Bagua City) is a free, open-access tourist area that is open 24/7 year-round and requires no reservations or entrance tickets. However, activities for viewing the city's full panorama from above, such as hot air balloon rides, the "Tai Chi Eye" Ferris wheel, or city observation decks, require separate on-site or online ticket purchases. During your visit, please note: the city streets are arranged in a radial pattern according to the Bagua layout. Although there are no traffic lights, there are many roundabouts. When driving, strictly follow roundabout rules and yield to pedestrians. If you plan to operate a drone for aerial photography, you must apply for permission 1-3 working days in advance through the "Tekes County Public Security" WeChat official account or the county government service hall; flight is only permitted in designated areas after approval. The county town is home to multiple ethnic groups; please respect the customs of local minorities such as the Kazakh and Uyghur peoples. When visiting folk culture streets like Li Street, avoid loud noises or entering residential courtyards without permission. Surrounding grassland scenic areas (such as Kalajun) require separate tickets and cover extensive areas; it is advisable to plan your time wisely and prepare windproof and sun protection gear.

特克斯縣位於新疆伊犁河谷東南部，是“世界唯一建築完整、保存最完好的八卦城”，為國家AAAA級旅遊景區和國家歷史文化名城。其縣城由道教真人丘處機於南宋時期（1180年）按《周易》後天八卦圖設計，後於1937年由伊犁屯墾使邱宗浚完善規劃，形成以太極壇為中心、64卦街道佈局的“一環八街、一環十六街、一環三十二街、一環六十四街”同心放射狀城市格局，全城無紅綠燈而交通通暢。作為漢代烏孫國夏都所在地，縣域內現存烏孫古墓群、草原石人、岩畫等遺址，周邊環繞喀拉峻世界自然遺產、瓊庫什台歷史文化名村、科桑溶洞等自然與人文景觀，是集周易文化、烏孫歷史、草原生態與多民族文化於一體的絲路重鎮。

Tekes County is located in the southeastern part of the Ili River Valley in Xinjiang. It is renowned as the "world's only complete and best-preserved Bagua City" and is a National AAAA-level tourist attraction and a National Historical and Cultural City. The county town was originally designed by the Taoist master Qiu Chuji during the Southern Song Dynasty (1180) based on the Later Heaven Bagua diagram from the Book of Changes, and its planning was later refined in 1937 by the Ili reclamation commissioner Qiu Zongjun. The layout features concentric radial patterns with the Tai Chi Altar at its center, forming a structure of "one ring with eight streets, one ring with sixteen streets, one ring with thirty-two streets, and one ring with sixty-four streets" arranged according to the 64 hexagrams. Remarkably, the entire city operates without traffic lights yet maintains smooth traffic flow. As the summer capital of the Wusun Kingdom during the Han Dynasty, the county preserves sites such as ancient Wusun tomb complexes, grassland stone figures, and rock paintings. The area is surrounded by natural and cultural landscapes, including the Kalajun UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, the historical and cultural village of Qiongkushitai, and the Kesang Karst Cave. It stands as a vital Silk Road hub that integrates Zhouyi culture, Wusun history, grassland ecology, and multi-ethnic culture.
