Tangbula Grassland is an open natural scenic area that does not require advance reservations; visitors can travel directly to the area. During your visit, please note: the scenic area is vast. Main roads are national or provincial highways, but some paths leading deeper into the grassland interior are gravel or dirt roads. It is recommended to drive a vehicle with higher ground clearance, control your speed, and be cautious of livestock. Always park in designated areas or open, safe locations. Do not drive vehicles onto the grassland for photography or camping, as this damages the pasture. The grassland experiences significant day-night temperature differences and changeable weather; even in summer, prepare windproof and warm clothing and rain gear. Please take all trash with you to protect the grassland's ecological environment. If planning to experience horseback riding, be sure to clarify the route, price, and safety responsibilities with the herder, and wear proper protective gear. Respect the living customs and pastures of the local Kazakh herders; do not enter private pastures, approach herders' yurts, or take close-up photographs of herders or livestock without permission.
