烏魯木齊市博物館實行免費參觀政策，但嚴格執行實名預約制。遊客必須提前通過其官方微信公眾號“烏魯木齊市博物館”實名預約，選擇參觀日期和時段，並憑預約碼及本人有效身份證件原件入館。參觀時需注意：館內禁止攜帶打火機、易燃易爆品、寵物及大型行李；請勿觸摸展櫃、攀爬雕塑，拍照時請關閉閃光燈；館內還原的清代“迪化城”街區地面有高低差，請注意腳下安全；展廳內請保持安靜，勿大聲喧嘩或追逐嬉戲；請遵守“一米線”排隊秩序，並在館內指定區域休息、飲食；若攜帶兒童，請務必看管好，避免其觸碰展品或在通道內跑動。

The Urumqi City Museum offers free admission but strictly enforces a real-name reservation system. Visitors must make a real-name reservation in advance through its official WeChat public account "Urumqi City Museum," select a visit date and time slot, and enter the museum with the reservation code and the original valid personal identification document. During the visit, please note: lighters, flammable or explosive items, pets, and large luggage are prohibited inside the museum; do not touch display cases or climb on sculptures, and turn off the flash when taking photos; the recreated "Dihua City" street scene from the Qing Dynasty inside the museum has uneven ground levels, so watch your step; maintain quiet in the exhibition halls, avoid loud noises or running; observe the "one-meter line" queuing order, and rest or eat only in designated areas within the museum; if accompanied by children, supervise them closely to prevent them from touching exhibits or running in the corridors.

烏魯木齊市博物館位於烏魯木齊市水磨溝區鳳起街111號，是國家一級博物館，總建築面積約3.45萬平方米，於2021年正式向公眾開放。博物館以「絲路明珠·中華脈動」為設計理念，建築外觀形似盛開的雪蓮花，是烏魯木齊文化中心（「六館一心」）的核心組成部分。館內常設《烏魯木齊歷史文化陳列》以通史形式系統展示從石器時代至現代的城市發展歷程，通過烏拉泊古城蓮花紋地磚、清代「迪化城」商業街復原場景等近萬件文物與多媒體裝置，生動呈現了烏魯木齊作為絲綢之路重鎮的歷史地位及各民族交往交流交融的壯闊史詩。博物館創新融合沉浸式劇場、數字交互體驗等現代展陳技術，並定期舉辦社教活動與臨展，已成為展示烏魯木齊歷史文化、增強中華民族共同體意識的重要窗口。

The Urumqi City Museum is located at No. 111 Fengqi Street, Shuimogou District, Urumqi City. It is a National First-Class Museum with a total construction area of approximately 34,500 square meters and officially opened to the public in 2021. With the design concept of "Pearl of the Silk Road · Pulse of China," the building's exterior resembles a blooming snow lotus and serves as the core component of the Urumqi Cultural Center ("Six Halls, One Heart"). The permanent exhibition, "Urumqi Historical and Cultural Display," systematically presents the city's development from the Stone Age to modern times in a chronological format. Through nearly ten thousand cultural relics, such as the lotus-patterned floor bricks from the Wulabo Ancient City and the restored commercial street scene of the Qing Dynasty's "Dihua City," along with multimedia installations, the museum vividly illustrates Urumqi's historical significance as a vital hub on the Silk Road and the grand epic of exchanges and integration among various ethnic groups. By innovatively integrating modern exhibition technologies such as immersive theaters and digital interactive experiences, and regularly hosting social education activities and temporary exhibitions, the museum has become an important window for showcasing Urumqi's history and culture and strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
