新疆天山國際機場（烏魯木齊地窩堡國際機場）已全面推行電子化出行服務。乘坐國內航班建議提前2小時、國際航班提前3小時抵達對應航站樓。乘機前務必通過官方平台核對航班動態、行李限額及防疫政策。機場提供「天緣家」中轉服務，需聯程航班且中轉時間超過90分鐘的旅客可免費使用休息區；跨境旅客須在T3航站樓完成海關及邊檢手續。所有液態物品單件容量不得超過100毫升，總額度不超1升；充電寶額定能量需≤100Wh，禁止托運。國際航班乘客應確保護照有效期大於6個月、簽證符合目的地要求；機場wifi需通過中國手機號驗證，建議提前準備數據漫遊。
