坎兒井民俗園支持當天現場購票，也建議通過官方合作平台提前預訂以避免排隊。入園遊玩時需特別注意：由於地下暗渠段溫度常年顯著低於地面（約10-20攝氏度），且通道較為潮濕，請務必攜帶一件薄外套以防着涼，並注意腳下防滑；請遵循指定參觀路線行走，切勿進入未開放區域或觸碰古老的井壁結構；地面園區光照強烈，需做好防曬措施；參觀時請保持安靜，愛護展陳設施，勿在暗渠內丟棄任何物品。

The Karez Folk Garden accepts on-site ticket purchases, but it is also advisable to book in advance through official partner platforms to avoid queues. When visiting, special attention is required: as the temperature in the underground karez channels is consistently and significantly lower than ground level (approximately 10-20°C) and the passageways are relatively humid, be sure to bring a light jacket to keep warm and watch your step to prevent slipping. Please follow the designated tour route and do not enter restricted areas or touch the ancient well wall structures. The outdoor areas are exposed to strong sunlight, so sun protection is necessary. Maintain quiet during the visit, take care of the exhibition facilities, and do not discard any items inside the karez channels.

The Karez Folk Custom Park is a National AAAA-level tourist attraction located in Gaochang District, Turpan City, Xinjiang. Centered around the Karez, renowned as one of "China's Three Ancient Hydraulic Engineering Projects," it comprehensively showcases the ingenuity of this ancient irrigation system and the unique culture of the Uyghur people through various means such as museums, authentic tunnels, and folk performances. Visitors can venture into the underground Karez channel to personally experience the coolness of Tianshan meltwater and appreciate how ancient people used underground conduits to reduce evaporation, miraculously turning the Gobi into an oasis.
