前往艾丁湖遊覽無需提前預約，可直接在景區售票處購票，門票價格約30元/人。景區開放時間通常為10:00-19:00，但可能因季節調整，建議出行前核實。此地氣候極端乾燥酷熱，夏季地表溫度極高，請務必攜帶充足飲用水（建議每人至少2升）、高倍數防曬霜、太陽鏡、遮陽帽及透氣長袖衣物。建議避開正午時段（12:00-16:00）遊覽。景區內部主要為鹽鹼地和鬆軟沙地，請勿隨意駛離鋪裝路面，建議穿防滑耐磨的徒步鞋，注意腳下安全，遠離可能鬆軟的鹽殼區域。整個區域缺乏遮陰處和商業設施，請自備應急藥品和必要補給。請愛護環境，將所有垃圾（包括食品包裝）帶離景區。湖區風光開闊，非常適合攝影，但請勿在鹽湖中丟棄任何物品或刻劃。

Visiting Ayding Lake does not require advance reservation; tickets can be purchased directly at the scenic area's ticket office, costing approximately 30 yuan per person. The scenic area typically opens from 10:00 to 19:00, but hours may vary by season, so it is advisable to confirm before your trip. The climate here is extremely dry and hot, with very high ground temperatures in summer. Be sure to carry sufficient drinking water (at least 2 liters per person is recommended), high-SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, a sun hat, and breathable long-sleeved clothing. It is advisable to avoid visiting during the midday hours (12:00-16:00). The interior of the scenic area consists mainly of saline-alkali land and soft sandy terrain. Do not drive off the paved roads; it is recommended to wear anti-slip, durable hiking shoes and be mindful of your footing, staying away from potentially unstable salt crust areas. The entire area lacks shade and commercial facilities, so bring your own emergency medicine and necessary supplies. Please protect the environment by taking all trash (including food packaging) out of the scenic area. The lake area offers expansive views ideal for photography, but do not discard any items or carve into the salt lake.

艾丁湖位於新疆吐魯番盆地最低窪處，湖面海拔-154.31米，是中國陸地的最低點，也是世界第二低地。它形成於約2.5億年前的喜馬拉雅造山運動，曾為遼闊淡水湖，如今演變為礦化度極高的鹹水湖，湖面多為銀白色鹽殼覆蓋，在月光下晶瑩如鏡，故維吾爾語意為「月光湖」。湖區景觀荒涼獨特，外圈為鹽殼平原，中間為鹽沼澤，湖心殘留晶瑩鹽晶，周圍分布著耐鹽植物如駱駝刺、梭梭等。這裡氣候極端乾旱，夏季酷熱，曾記錄中國陸地最高氣溫50.2℃，被譽為「火洲」。遊客可沿木棧道抵達標誌性地標碑，感受「人生再無低谷」的象徵意義，但需注意防曬補水。

Ayding Lake, situated at the lowest point of the Turpan Basin in Xinjiang with a surface elevation of -154.31 meters, is the lowest point on land in China and the second-lowest depression in the world. Formed around 250 million years ago during the Himalayan orogeny, it was once a vast freshwater lake but has since evolved into a highly mineralized salt lake. Its surface is now largely covered by silvery-white salt crusts that glisten like a mirror under moonlight, hence its Uyghur name meaning "Moonlight Lake". The lake area features a stark and unique landscape: an outer ring of salt-crust plains, a middle zone of salt marshes, and a core of crystalline salt, surrounded by salt-tolerant plants such as camel thorn and saxaul. The region experiences an extremely arid climate with intense summer heat, having recorded China’s highest land temperature of 50.2°C, earning it the title "Furnace of China". Visitors can walk along boardwalks to a landmark monument symbolizing "no more lows in life," though sun protection and hydration are essential due to the harsh conditions.
