No advance reservation is required to visit the Kashgar Grand Bazaar, but please note that its business hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 daily. The bazaar is most vibrant and bustling on Sundays. As the market is often crowded, please take good care of your personal belongings. Before entering, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with local customs, such as using friendly and appropriate gestures for bargaining when shopping. Please respect local ethnic traditions and beliefs, and avoid taking photos of stalls or people without permission. Due to Kashgar’s dry climate and intense sunlight, it is recommended to bring sun protection and stay hydrated. The bazaar is accessible by taking Bus Line 24 and getting off at the Huangdi Township Station, or by taxi. When shopping, it is advisable to confirm prices clearly before making purchases, especially for valuable items.

喀什大巴扎（全稱中西亚國際貿易市場）位於新疆喀什市東北角的吐曼河東岸，又稱東門大巴扎，是我國西北地區規模最大的國際貿易市場，2015年被評定為國家3A級旅遊景區。其歷史可追溯至漢代疏勒國時期，張騫出使西域時已記載此地商貿盛況，被譽為「亞洲最大集市」。市場佔地250畝，內設21個專業分區，涵蓋絲綢、地毯、黃金、乾果、手工藝品等9000餘種商品，每日客流量超10萬人次，週日尤顯繁華。這裡融合了古絲綢之路的貿易傳統與維吾爾族市井文化，遊客可體驗傳統手工藝製作、欣賞民間歌舞表演，並品嚐烤羊肉串、手抓飯等特色美食，是感受中亞多元文化交融與喀什民俗風情的核心窗口。

The Kashgar Grand Bazaar (officially known as the Central and West Asia International Trade Market) is situated on the eastern bank of the Tuman River in the northeastern part of Kashgar City, Xinjiang. Also called the East Gate Bazaar, it is the largest international trade market in Northwest China and was designated as a National AAA-level Tourist Attraction in 2015. With a history dating back to the ancient Shule Kingdom during the Han Dynasty, it was documented by Zhang Qian during his diplomatic missions to the Western Regions and has been renowned as the "Largest Market in Asia". Covering an area of 250 acres, the bazaar features 21 specialized sections offering over 9,000 types of goods, including silk, carpets, gold, dried fruits, and handicrafts. It attracts more than 100,000 daily visitors, with Sundays being particularly bustling. Blending the trade traditions of the ancient Silk Road with Uyghur folk culture, visitors can experience traditional craftsmanship, enjoy folk music and dance performances, and savor local delicacies such as kebabs and pilaf. It serves as a vital gateway to experience Central Asia's multicultural fusion and Kashgar's vibrant customs.
