玉龍喀什河

玉龍喀什河屬於自然河流，無需預約購票，但需遵守當地河道管理規定。遊玩時需特別注意：河道水位受崑崙山融雪和降雨影響極大，嚴禁在洪水期、雨季或水位不明時下河，禁止在河道中游泳、露營或長時間逗留；若想體驗撿拾玉石，僅限前往當地政府指定的開放河段，嚴禁使用機械工具挖掘或破壞河床；河道區域多數無手機信號，建議結伴而行並告知他人行程；請勿隨意丟棄垃圾，保護河流生態環境；未經許可不得在河灘上駕駛車輛；夏季需防曬並攜帶足量飲水，冬季需注意防寒。

The Yurungkash River is a natural river, and no reservations or tickets are required for access. However, visitors must comply with local river management regulations. During the visit, special attention should be paid to the following: river water levels are highly affected by snowmelt from the Kunlun Mountains and rainfall, so entering the river during flood periods, rainy seasons, or when water levels are unclear is strictly prohibited. Swimming, camping, or lingering in the riverbed for extended periods is also forbidden. For those interested in jade picking, it is only allowed in designated open river sections approved by local authorities, and the use of mechanical tools for excavation or damaging the riverbed is strictly prohibited. Most areas along the river have no mobile phone signal, so it is recommended to travel in groups and inform others of your itinerary. Do not litter, and protect the river’s ecological environment. Driving on riverbanks is prohibited without permission. In summer, take sun protection measures and carry sufficient drinking water, while in winter, be mindful of cold weather precautions.

The Yurungkash River (also known as the White Jade River) originates from the glaciers on the northern slopes of the Kunlun Mountains and is a river in Hotan, Xinjiang, steeped in history and treasure. Flowing hundreds of kilometers from south to north, it nourishes the Hotan oasis before converging with the Karakash River to form the Hotan River. Renowned for producing Hotan jade, particularly precious mutton-fat white jade, it has attracted countless jade seekers for thousands of years, forming a unique "Jade Road" culture. Today, it is not only a vital source of jade and an ecological corridor but also a popular scenic area where visitors can experience the thrill of jade hunting and feel the legacy of the Silk Road.
