車師古道作為一條以原始徒步穿越為核心體驗的路線，不設傳統景區售票處，​無需購票或預約即可進入。但遊客需嚴格遵守以下注意事項以確保安全與環保：首先，​天氣是決定能否穿越的關鍵因素，出發前務必查詢最新天氣預報，​嚴禁在雨季、大雪、大霧等惡劣天氣下強行穿越，山區天氣多變，務必攜帶防風、防雨、保暖衣物。其次，由於路線無手機信號覆蓋，必須提前下載離線地圖，並至少兩人以上結伴同行，同時將詳細行程計劃告知親友，約定聯絡時間。第三，​徒步裝備需專業可靠，包括高幫防水徒步鞋、登山杖、充足的食物和飲用水（建議每日3公升以上）、頭燈、急救包、備用電源等。第四，​環保是重中之重，請隨身攜帶垃圾袋，將所有廢棄物帶出山區，嚴禁採摘植物、破壞文物遺跡（如古城堡、石堆等）。第五，​尊重自然，古道可能遇到野生動物，請保持安全距離，勿主動靠近或投餵。最後，建議在專業嚮導帶領下進行全程穿越，並確保個人身體狀況良好，量力而行。

The Cheshi Ancient Road, centered on a primitive trekking experience, does not have a traditional ticketing booth, and ​no tickets or reservations are required​ for entry. However, visitors must strictly adhere to the following precautions to ensure safety and environmental protection: First, ​weather​ is the critical factor determining whether a crossing is feasible. Always check the latest weather forecast before departure, and ​never attempt to cross during heavy rain, snow, fog, or other adverse weather conditions. Mountain weather is highly changeable, so be sure to carry windproof, rainproof, and warm clothing. Second, as the route has ​no mobile phone signal coverage, it is essential to download offline maps in advance, travel in groups of at least two people, and share a detailed itinerary with family or friends, agreeing on check-in times. Third, ​trekking equipment​ must be professional and reliable, including high-top waterproof hiking boots, trekking poles, sufficient food and drinking water (recommended at least 3 liters per day per person), a headlamp, a first-aid kit, and a backup power source. Fourth, ​environmental protection​ is of utmost importance. Carry a trash bag with you, take all waste out of the mountains, and strictly avoid picking plants or damaging cultural relics (such as ancient fortresses, stone piles, etc.). Fifth, ​respect nature. Wildlife may be encountered along the ancient road; maintain a safe distance and do not approach or feed the animals. Finally, it is recommended to undertake the full crossing under the guidance of a professional guide and ensure that you are in good physical condition, knowing your limits.

車師古道，又稱“金嶺古道”，是一條橫貫天山南北、連接古車師國前庭（今吐魯番地區）與後庭（今吉木薩爾縣）的千年歷史古道，全長約45公里。這條古代絲綢之路的重要支線，曾是中原通往西域的咽喉要道，至今保存著大量歷史遺跡，如古代驛站、石壘、岩畫等。古道沿途地形險峻多變，垂直跨越天山山脈，可體驗從荒漠、草原、森林到雪山冰川的豐富自然帶景觀變化，其中尤以“六道橋”最為著名，每道橋對應不同的自然與人文景觀。作為國家3A級旅遊景區和國家森林公園，車師古道以其深厚的歷史文化底蘊、獨特的生態多樣性以及原始野性的徒步挑戰性，吸引著眾多戶外探險愛好者和歷史文化研究者，被譽為“天山最壯麗的史詩之路”。

The Cheshi Ancient Road, also known as the "Golden Ridge Ancient Road," is a thousand-year-old historic trail spanning approximately 45 kilometers, traversing the northern and southern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains and connecting the ancient Cheshi Kingdom's front court (modern-day Turpan region) and rear court (modern-day Jimsar County). As a vital branch of the ancient Silk Road, it once served as a crucial passage linking the Central Plains to the Western Regions. Today, it preserves numerous historical relics, such as ancient post stations, stone fortifications, and rock paintings. The trail features rugged and varied terrain, ascending vertically across the Tianshan Mountains, allowing travelers to experience diverse natural zones—from deserts and grasslands to forests, snow-capped peaks, and glaciers. Among its highlights are the famous "Six Bridges" (Liudao Qiao), each representing distinct natural and cultural landscapes. Designated as a National 3A-level Tourist Attraction and a National Forest Park, the Cheshi Ancient Road attracts outdoor adventure enthusiasts and cultural researchers alike with its profound historical significance, unique ecological diversity, and primitive, wild trekking challenges. It is celebrated as "the most magnificent epic road of the Tianshan Mountains."
