If you plan to participate in commercial water activities nearby (such as jet skiing or ATV rides), you will need to make separate reservations and purchase these services on-site or through the operator's authorized online channels. During holidays and peak tourist seasons, the beach can be very crowded, and related services may be in high demand. It is advisable to plan your trip in advance and try to avoid the busiest periods. Regarding important notices for your visit, please pay attention to the following: First, safety is paramount. Before entering the water, you must be aware of the daily tide, current, and wave conditions. Swim only within designated, lifeguard-supervised safe swimming areas. Do not go beyond warning buoys or enter deep water or strong currents. Children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult at all times and wear qualified flotation devices. Second, sun protection. The beach has intense UV radiation. Be sure to apply high-SPF waterproof sunscreen in advance, and wear sunglasses, a sun hat, and protective clothing. Reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hours. Guard against heatstroke and stay hydrated. Third, environmental protection and hygiene. Consciously help maintain the beach environment by taking all trash (including cigarette butts, food scraps, plastic products, etc.) away with you or disposing of it in designated bins. Do not bury or discard trash on the sand or in the water. Do not capture marine life or damage coral and rocks. Fourth, belongings and etiquette. Take good care of your personal belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended on the beach. Please control the volume of audio devices in public areas to avoid disturbing others. Respect local customs and habits. Fifth, health tips. Avoid walking barefoot on hot sand for extended periods; wearing beach shoes is recommended to prevent burns and cuts from shells or stones. After swimming in the sea, it is advisable to rinse off with fresh water. In case of severe weather (such as thunderstorms or typhoon warnings), immediately stop all water and beach activities and seek shelter in a safe location.

“白沙灘”一詞常指多個目的地，其中最著名的是山東省乳山市的銀灘旅遊度假區。這裡的白沙灘綿延超過二十公里，沙質細膩潔白，因珊瑚和貝類碎片化而形成，在暖溫帶海洋性氣候下，冬無嚴寒，夏無酷暑。度假區自上世纪九十年代初開發，現為國家AAAA級旅遊景區，基礎設施完善，擁有珍珠灣、三觀亭等自然景觀，並引進了包含摩天輪、海嘯池等設施的大型海濱遊樂項目。另一個熱門地點是廣東省珠海市香洲區的綠洋灣白沙灘，其沙子從廣西北海或海南運來，細膩度極高，雖規模較小，但作為城市內的休閒沙灘，免費向公眾開放，設有網紅鞦韆、LOVE地標等打卡點，並提供卡丁車等項目。需要注意的是，珠海白沙灘禁止下海游泳，僅可淺水區嬉戲。此外，菲律賓長灘島的白沙灘也極負盛名，沙灘平緩舒展，沙質潔白細膩。

The term "White Beach" (Bai Sha Tan) commonly refers to several destinations. The most renowned is the Silver Beach Tourist Resort in Rushan City, Shandong Province. This beach stretches over twenty kilometers with fine, white sand, formed from crushed coral and shells. Under a warm temperate maritime climate, the area enjoys mild winters and cool summers. Developed since the early 1990s, it is now a National AAAA-rated tourist attraction with well-established infrastructure. It features natural landscapes like Pearl Bay and Sanguan Pavilion, and has introduced large-scale amusement projects including a Ferris wheel and a tsunami pool. Another popular spot is the Lüyang Bay White Beach in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Its sand, transported from Beihai (Guangxi) or Hainan, is exceptionally fine. Although smaller in scale, this urban beach is free and open to the public. It offers photo spots like网红 swings and LOVE landmarks, and activities such as karting. Importantly, swimming is prohibited at the Zhuhai beach; only wading in shallow water is permitted. Furthermore, the White Beach on Boracay Island in the Philippines is also world-famous for its gently sloping, powdery white sand.
