宗角祿康公園

宗角祿康公園是免費開放的都市公園，無需預約或購票即可進入。遊覽時請注意，公園是當地重要的宗教休閒場所，請沿轉經道順時針行走，尊重誦經和祈福的民眾。園內龍王潭是拍攝布達拉宮倒影的最佳地點，建議清晨前往光線最理想。請保護環境，勿亂丟垃圾，勿驚擾水禽。由於地處高原，需做好防曬措施並避免劇烈運動。公園全天開放，但傍晚後照明有限，請注意安全。

Norbulingka Park is a free urban park that requires no reservation or ticket. Please be mindful that it is an important local religious and leisure site - walk clockwise along the prayer wheel path and respect those chanting or praying. The Dragon King Pond offers the best reflection views of the Potala Palace, with early morning light being ideal for photography. Please protect the environment by not littering or disturbing waterfowl. As it's at high altitude, use sun protection and avoid strenuous activity. While open 24 hours, lighting is limited after dusk, so take precautions.

宗角祿康公園是拉薩市一處歷史悠久且充滿文化魅力的城市公園，緊鄰布達拉宮東側山腳。藏語"宗角"意為"宮堡後面"，"祿康"則為"魯神殿"，故又俗稱"龍王潭"。公園最獨特的景觀在於其中心的措吉吉湖（龍王潭），這裡是拍攝布達拉宮水中倒影的絕佳位置。公園形成於布達拉宮擴建取土所積成的水潭，後經整治，在湖心島上按壇城模式修建了一座三層閣樓神殿，供奉魯神及墨竹賽欽女神等。如今雖不對外開放，但遊客仍可經由五孔石橋欣賞其外部建築風貌。經過重新規劃，公園被劃分為民俗活動區、生態水景區等多個功能區域，園內古柳成蔭，設有噴泉、廣場和親水棧道。這裡不僅是遊客必訪的景點，更是拉薩市民日常晨練、轉經、跳鍋莊舞和過林卡的休閒中心，充滿了濃郁的藏族生活氣息。宗角祿康公園免費對公眾開放，是感受自然風光、宗教文化與市民生活和諧交融的理想場所。

​Zongjiao Lukang Park is a historic and culturally rich urban park in Lhasa, nestled at the eastern foot of the Potala Palace. Its name translates from Tibetan as "the back of the palace" and "the Lu God's shrine", hence it is also commonly known as the "Dragon King Pond". The park's most distinctive feature is the Cuojiji Lake, which offers the best vantage point for capturing the stunning reflection of the Potala Palace on the water's surface. The park originated when soil excavated during the expansion of the Potala Palace formed a pond. It was later developed, with a three-story pavilion built on the central islet following the mandala pattern of Tibetan Buddhism, dedicated to the Lu God and other protective deities. Although the pavilion is not open to the public, visitors can still admire its exterior architecture via a stone bridge. After renovation, the park was divided into several functional areas, featuring ancient willow trees, fountains, squares, and waterfront boardwalks. It is not only a must-visit spot for tourists but also a vital leisure center for Lhasa residents, who come here for morning exercises, circumambulation, and cultural activities, radiating a strong sense of local Tibetan life. Zongjiao Lukang Park is free to enter, making it an ideal place to experience the harmonious blend of natural scenery, religious culture, and everyday life.
