扎葉巴寺

扎葉巴寺為國家AAA級旅遊景區，通常無需提前預約，可直接在現場購票（票價約30-40元，建議備好現金）。該寺坐落於海拔約4360米的山崖上，需徒步攀爬較長石階，務必做好預防高原反應的措施，放緩動作、攜帶便攜氧氣。請穿著防滑耐磨的運動鞋，確保行走安全。寺廟部分殿堂內禁止拍照，參觀時請遵循順時針方向，保持安靜，尊重宗教習俗。由於地處山區，天氣變化較快，建議攜帶保暖外套和雨具以備不時之需。

​Zhayebasi Temple is a national AAA-level tourist attraction. Advance booking is generally not required; tickets can be purchased on-site for approximately 30-40 RMB (cash is recommended). Located on a cliff about 4,360 meters above sea level, visiting involves climbing long stone steps. It is crucial to take precautions against altitude sickness: move slowly and consider carrying portable oxygen. Wear anti-slip, durable sports shoes for safety. Photography is prohibited inside some temple halls. Please follow a clockwise direction when visiting, maintain quiet, and respect religious customs. As the temple is in a mountainous area where weather can change rapidly, bringing a warm jacket and rain gear is advisable.

扎葉巴寺是西藏四大隱修地之一，坐落於拉薩市達孜區拉日寧布山間的懸崖絕壁上，海拔約4360米。這座寧瑪派寺院始建於公元7世紀松贊干布時期，由贊普為其妃子芒薩赤尊公主修建，距今已有約1500年歷史。其最大特色是"以洞立寺，洞寺合一"，建築緊嵌於山崖縫隙中，現存松贊干布修行洞、蓮花生大師密法洞等歷史遺蹟。這裡不僅擁有壯麗的自然風光，更因藏族民諺"西藏的靈地在拉薩，拉薩的靈地在葉巴"而成為重要的宗教聖地。寺廟開放時間為上午9時至下午5時30分，從拉薩大昭寺廣場可乘班車前往。

​Zhayebasi Temple, one of the four great hermitages of Tibet, is perched on the cliffs of the Lhariningbu Mountain in Dazi District, Lhasa, at an altitude of approximately 4,360 meters. This Nyingma school temple was founded in the 7th century during the reign of King Songtsen Gampo for his consort, Princess Mansa Ruchen, boasting a history of about 1,500 years. Its most distinctive feature is the integration of cave and temple structures seamlessly built into the mountain crevices, preserving historical sites including the meditation caves of Songtsen Gampo and Padmasambhava. Surrounded by striking natural scenery, its profound spiritual significance is captured in the local Tibetan proverb: "The soul of Tibet is in Lhasa, and the soul of Lhasa is in Yerpa". The temple is open daily from 9:00 to 17:30, with direct bus services available from Barkhor Square in Lhasa.
