前往唐克鎮無需提前預約，可直接在當地住宿或就餐，但旺季（6-10月）建議提前預訂酒店並確認取暖設備，鎮上以藏餐和川菜為主，物資有限可自帶零食。遊覽九曲黃河第一灣等重點景區建議提前在線購票，避免高峰期排隊；當地平均海拔約3400米，需做好防寒防曬並預防高原反應。請尊重藏族文化與宗教習俗，避免隨意拍攝本地居民或宗教場所，駕車時請勿駛入草原草場，共同保護脆弱的濕地生態環境。

No advance reservation is required to visit Tangke Town. You may arrange accommodation and meals upon arrival, but during peak season (June to October), it is advisable to book hotels in advance and confirm heating arrangements. The town mainly offers Tibetan and Sichuan cuisine, and supplies are limited, so bringing snacks is recommended. For visiting key scenic spots like the First Bend of the Yellow River, purchasing tickets online in advance is suggested to avoid queues during busy periods. The average altitude is about 3,400 meters, so prepare for cold weather, sun protection, and altitude sickness prevention. Please respect Tibetan culture and religious customs, avoid taking photos of locals or religious sites without permission, and refrain from driving onto grasslands to help protect the fragile wetland ecosystem.

​唐克鎮位於四川省阿壩藏族羌族自治州若爾蓋縣西南部，白河中下游，平均海拔約3430米。該鎮以「九曲黃河第一灣」的核心觀景地而聞名，是黃河上游重要的生態屏障和水源涵養區。鎮域內擁有廣袤的草原濕地（若爾蓋濕地組成部分）、索克藏寺等藏傳佛教寺院及悠久的河曲馬養殖文化，形成了集高原牧場風光、黃河生態景觀與安多藏族民俗為一體的獨特邊陲小鎮風貌。歷史上曾是川、甘、青交界地區的商貿驛站，現為國家4A級旅遊景區「黃河九曲第一灣」的主要服務與集散中心。

Tangke Town is located in the southwestern part of Zoigê County, within the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, along the middle and lower reaches of the Bai River, with an average altitude of approximately 3,430 meters. The town is renowned as the core viewing location for the "First Bend of the Yellow River" and serves as an important ecological barrier and water conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. Within its territory lie vast grassland wetlands (part of the Zoigê Wetlands), Tibetan Buddhist monasteries such as Sogkor Monastery, and a longstanding tradition of breeding Hequ horses, creating a unique frontier townscape that integrates alpine pasture scenery, Yellow River ecological landscapes, and Amdo Tibetan folk culture. Historically a commercial outpost at the junction of Sichuan, Gansu, and Qinghai provinces, it now serves as the primary service and distribution center for the national AAAA-level tourist attraction "The First Bend of the Yellow River."
