桑科草原為開放式草原，無需預約或購票即可進入，可全天自由遊覽。如需體驗騎馬、入住帳篷旅館或參與篝火晚會等付費項目，建議現場與牧民協商價格。遊玩時請尊重草原生態，不隨意駕車碾壓草甸，不亂丟垃圾。因海拔較高，需注意防曬、保暖，並預防高原反應。參加騎馬等活動時，請聽從牧民指導，確保安全。此外，請尊重當地藏族文化和生活習慣。

桑科草原位於甘肅省甘南藏族自治州夏河縣境內，距離縣城約10公里，平均海拔在三千米以上，是青藏高原東北邊緣一處典型的高山草甸草原。其藏語名稱「達久灘」意為「跑馬灘」，相傳是英雄史詩《格薩爾王傳》中格薩爾王賽馬稱王的地方。草原總面積約七十平方公里，地形開闊平坦，大夏河蜿蜒流淌，四周被低矮的群山環抱。夏季水草豐美，野花遍野，是體驗藏族牧區生活和草原風光的理想之地，每年七月至八月會舉辦傳統的賽馬節等民俗活動，遊客可在此騎馬、住帳篷、品嘗手抓羊肉和酥油茶等特色美食，感受濃郁的安多藏族文化。

Sangke Grassland is located within Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, approximately 10 kilometers from the county seat. Situated at an average altitude of over 3,000 meters, it is a typical alpine meadow grassland on the northeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Its Tibetan name, "Dajiu Tan," means "horse-racing flatland," and legend has it that this is where King Gesar raced horses and proclaimed himself king, as narrated in the epic The Epic of King Gesar. The grassland spans about seventy square kilometers, featuring open and flat terrain with the Daxia River meandering through and low mountains encircling it. In summer, it boasts lush water and grass, dotted with wildflowers everywhere, making it an ideal place to experience Tibetan pastoral life and grassland scenery. Traditional folk activities such as the Horse Racing Festival are held annually from July to August. Visitors can enjoy horse riding, stay in tents, savor local delicacies like hand-torn mutton and butter tea, and immerse themselves in the rich Amdo Tibetan culture.
