娘瑪寺無需提前預約，可直接前往。作為宗教場所，建議在開放時間（通常為09:30-17:30）內前往，並可隨當地信眾一同順時針轉經。請尊重寺院禮儀，保持安靜與肅穆，未經許可不得在殿內拍照。寺內供奉有世界最大的大藏經轉經筒，參觀時請勿隨意觸摸或攀爬。高原地區需注意防曬保暖，並尊重當地藏族信仰，愛護環境。

No advance reservation is required to visit Niangma Monastery. As a religious site, it is recommended to go during opening hours (usually 09:30-17:30) and you may join local worshippers in clockwise circumambulation. Please respect monastic etiquette by maintaining quiet and solemnity; taking photos inside halls without permission is not allowed. The monastery houses the world's largest Tibetan sutra prayer wheel—please do not touch or climb on it during your visit. In the high-altitude area, be mindful of sun protection and staying warm, respect local Tibetan beliefs, and care for the environment.

娘瑪寺（又稱寧瑪寺）是位於甘肅省甘南藏族自治州瑪曲縣阿萬倉鄉的一座藏傳佛教寺院，藏語全稱「圖丹祥德林」，始建於清道光十四年，屬寧瑪派（紅教）寺院。其最負盛名的是寺內擁有獲吉尼斯世界紀錄認證的世界最大藏經轉經筒，該轉經筒高度與規模宏大，筒身由鈦金打造並鑲嵌浮雕佛像，外部貼有黃金箔，內部珍藏大量經書。寺院建築群以鎏金寶頂的藏經大殿為核心，包含轉經迴廊、瑪尼堆等宗教元素，坐落於阿萬倉草原濕地核心區，平均海拔約三千五百米，與周邊的河流、草原景觀融為一體，形成了獨特的宗教文化與自然風光相結合的景觀。娘瑪寺不僅是重要的寧瑪派修行道場，也是展示藏族宗教藝術與自然生態和諧共生的代表性聖地。

Niangma Monastery (also known as Nyingma Monastery) is a Tibetan Buddhist temple located in Awancang Township, Maqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. Its full Tibetan name is "Tudan Xiangde Lin," and it was founded in the fourteenth year of the Daoguang reign in the Qing Dynasty, belonging to the Nyingma (Red Sect) school. It is most renowned for housing the world's largest Tibetan sutra prayer wheel, certified by the Guinness World Records. This prayer wheel is notable for its considerable height and grand scale, with a cylinder made of titanium gold inlaid with relief Buddha statues, covered with gold foil on the exterior, and containing a vast collection of scriptures inside. The monastery complex, centered around a sutra hall with a gilded roof, includes prayer wheel corridors and Mani stone piles. It is situated in the core area of the Awancang grassland wetlands at an average altitude of approximately 3,500 meters, blending seamlessly with the surrounding rivers and grassland scenery, creating a unique landscape that combines religious culture and natural beauty. Niangma Monastery is not only an important practice site for the Nyingma school but also a representative sacred place showcasing the harmony between Tibetan religious art and the natural ecosystem.
