美仁大草原

美仁大草原為開放式草原，無需預約與購票，可全天免費進入。遊玩時請務必沿指定棧道行走，切勿開車或踏入草甸內部碾壓植被，保護脆弱的凍脹丘地貌。高原地區天氣多變，紫外線強烈，需攜帶防曬用品、保暖衣物和充足飲水。請愛護環境，將垃圾全部帶走。草原風大，無人機飛行需格外謹慎；同時請尊重當地牧民習俗，不隨意驅趕牛羊。

Meiren Grassland is an open grassland that requires no reservation or ticket purchase and is free to enter 24/7. While visiting, please strictly follow designated boardwalks and avoid driving or stepping onto the meadows to protect the fragile palsa (frost mound) landscape. The high-altitude area experiences unpredictable weather and intense ultraviolet radiation, so be sure to bring sun protection, warm clothing, and sufficient drinking water. Please help protect the environment by taking all trash with you. Due to strong winds on the grassland, exercise extra caution when flying drones. Additionally, respect local herding customs and avoid disturbing livestock.

美仁大草原位於甘肅省甘南藏族自治州合作市佐蓋多瑪鄉，是青藏高原東北緣特有的高山草甸草原，平均海拔約3500米，2020年入選首批國家草原自然公園試點。其最顯著的特徵是全國獨有的「凍脹丘」地貌，連綿的渾圓草甸形成獨特的「疙瘩草原」景觀。草原上延綿著近800米的五彩經幡隧道，駕車穿行其間能感受濃郁的藏族風情。這裡地勢平緩遼闊，牛羊成羣，夏季綠草如茵，野花盛開（如綠絨蒿），夜晚星空清晰可見。作為合冶公路通往康多大峽谷和蓮花山等景區的必經之地，美仁大草原不僅具有涵養水源、保持水土的生態功能，也是體驗安多藏族遊牧文化和草原奇特風光的理想之地。

Meiren Grassland is located in Zhoigai Duoma Township, Hezuo City, within the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province. It is a unique alpine meadow grassland on the northeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with an average altitude of about 3,500 meters, and was selected in 2020 as one of the first pilot National Grassland Nature Parks. Its most distinctive feature is the nationally unique "frost mound" landform, where continuous, rounded meadows create a distinctive "bumpy grassland" landscape. An nearly 800-meter-long tunnel of colorful prayer flags stretches across the grassland, and driving through it offers a strong sense of Tibetan culture. The terrain here is vast and gentle, dotted with herds of cattle and sheep. In summer, the grass is green, wild flowers (such as Meconopsis) bloom, and the night sky reveals clear stars. As a necessary passage on the Heye Highway to scenic areas like Kangduo Grand Canyon and Lotus Mountain, Meiren Grassland not only serves ecological functions like water conservation and soil preservation but is also an ideal place to experience the nomadic culture of the Amdo Tibetans and the unique grassland scenery.
