達瓦宗聖湖

參觀達瓦宗聖湖（達爾宗湖）通常無需提前預約，但建議於開放時間（約08:00-18:00）內前往，門票可在景區入口購買。遊玩時請尊重藏族神湖文化，禁止戲水、游泳或向湖中丟棄雜物，可沿步道轉湖祈福。湖畔常有野生旱獭出沒，可適當投餵胡蘿蔔等蔬果，但請勿觸摸或驚擾，並注意保護個人安全。高原地區紫外線強、天氣多變，請做好防曬並備好保暖衣物。請務必帶走全部垃圾，共同守護聖湖純淨。

​Visiting Dawazong Sacred Lake (Darzong Lake) generally does not require advance booking, but it is recommended to go during opening hours (approximately 08:00-18:00), and tickets can be purchased at the entrance. During your visit, please respect the Tibetan sacred lake culture: swimming, playing in the water, or discarding trash into the lake are prohibited. You may walk along the path around the lake for blessings. Wild marmots are often seen by the lakeside; you may feed them vegetables like carrots, but do not touch or disturb them, and be mindful of personal safety. The high-altitude area has strong UV rays and changeable weather, so sun protection and warm clothing are essential. Please take all trash with you to help preserve the purity of the sacred lake.

達瓦宗聖湖（又稱達宗聖湖或達爾宗湖）位於甘肅省甘南藏族自治州夏河縣王格爾塘鎮，海拔約3100米，是藏民心中備受尊崇的「寶瓶聖湖」。湖泊呈不規則的葫蘆形，四周環繞繁茂的松柏，湖水清澈靜謐，當地傳說在此許願十分靈驗，因此常能看到信徒轉湖、貼羊毛、投擲寶瓶祈福的身影。這裡也是與野生旱獺（土撥鼠）近距離互動的熱門地點，牠們常出現在湖邊岩石或草叢中，遊客可用胡蘿蔔、黃瓜等蔬菜投餵。湖泊兼具自然風光與宗教文化特色，每年農曆五月初四會舉行祭拜山神的盛大儀式，吸引眾多藏民前來參與。

Dawazong Sacred Lake (also known as Dazong Lake or Darzong Lake) is situated in Wangge'ertang Town, Xiahe County, within the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province, at an altitude of approximately 3,100 meters. Revered by Tibetan people as the "Precious Vase Sacred Lake," it is considered an auspicious site where wishes are believed to be granted. The lake has an irregular gourd shape, surrounded by lush pine and cypress trees, with clear and tranquil waters. Visitors often witness pilgrims circling the lake, attaching wool, or casting treasure bottles for blessings. The area is also renowned for close encounters with wild marmots, which frequently appear on lakeside rocks or in grasslands and can be fed vegetables like carrots or cucumbers by tourists. Combining natural scenery with rich religious culture, the lake hosts grand mountain deity worship ceremonies on the fourth day of the fifth lunar month each year, attracting many Tibetan participants.
