外星谷景區支援現場購票，同時也提供網路預約管道。鑑於其允許私家車進入，若選擇自駕遊覽，建議提前線上購買「自駕車輛專屬門票」以節省現場等候時間。如選擇乘坐景區交通車，則通常需要根據調度安排等待發車。遊覽時請特別注意：景區內大部分區域為未鋪裝的砂石路面，自駕遊客需小心駕駛，建議使用底盤較高的SUV車型；地貌主要為鬆軟的砂礫岩，請嚴格按照劃定路線行走，嚴禁攀爬岩體，以防滑倒或破壞地貌；景區晝夜溫差極大且紫外線強烈，無論季節都需備足防風保暖衣物、防曬霜、墨鏡及飲用水；如有意向參與夜間的星空觀測項目，需提前向景區諮詢開放情況及是否需要額外預約。保護地質遺跡，請勿在岩體上刻畫或帶走任何石塊。

The Extraterrestrial Valley (Waixinggu) scenic area accepts both on-site ticket purchases and online reservations. Given that private vehicles are permitted entry, if opting for a self-drive tour, it is advisable to purchase the "Self-Drive Vehicle Exclusive Ticket" online in advance to save waiting time on-site. If choosing to use the scenic area shuttle buses, visitors typically need to wait for dispatch according to scheduling arrangements. Special precautions during the visit include: most areas within the scenic area consist of unpaved gravel roads; self-driving visitors must drive cautiously, and it is recommended to use SUVs with higher ground clearance. The landform primarily consists of soft sandstone and conglomerate; please strictly follow marked paths, and climbing on rock formations is strictly prohibited to prevent slips or damage to the terrain. Temperature variations between day and night are extreme, and UV radiation is intense, so regardless of the season, prepare adequate windproof and warm clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and drinking water. If interested in participating in nighttime stargazing programs, consult the scenic area in advance regarding availability and whether additional booking is required. Please help protect the geological heritage by refraining from engraving on rock surfaces or removing any stones.

張掖外星谷星際主題地質公園位於甘肅省張掖市肅南裕固族自治縣康樂鎮、大河鄉及白銀蒙古族鄉境內，總面積約十七平方公里。作爲聯合國教科文組織張掖世界地質公園的重要組成部分，外星谷以火星谷、水星谷、木星谷和大煉鋼鐵遺址四大景區爲核心，匯聚了五彩砂礫岩形成的峽谷、丘陵、崖壁等奇特地貌。其景觀以奇峯突起、色彩絢麗著稱，如「萬佛山」「一柱擎天」等自然奇觀，配合周邊雪山、草原、丹霞等多重地貌，形成宛如外星異境的奇幻體驗。景區允許自駕車進入及無人機航拍，是集地質探索、星際主題遊覽與攝影創作爲一體的複合型旅遊勝地。

The Zhangye Extraterrestrial Valley (Waixinggu) Interstellar Theme Geopark is situated in Kangle Town, Dahe Township, and Baiyin Mongolian Township within Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, covering a total area of approximately seventeen square kilometers. As a key component of the UNESCO Zhangye Global Geopark, it features four main scenic areas: Mars Valley, Mercury Valley, Jupiter Valley, and the Great Steelmaking Site. The landscape is characterized by colorful gravel sandstone formations, including canyons, hills, and cliffs, with notable natural wonders such as "Wanfo Mountain" and "One Pillar Soaring to the Sky". Combined with surrounding snow-capped mountains, grasslands, and Danxia landforms, the area creates an otherworldly experience reminiscent of an alien planet. The park allows self-driving tours and drone photography, making it a comprehensive destination for geological exploration, interstellar-themed tourism, and photography.
