冰溝河

前往冰溝河景區前，需至少提前一天通過景區官方微信公眾號或授權網路平台實名預約購票，現場不設人工售票窗口，入園時請務必攜帶預約時使用的本人有效身份證件原件核驗。景區開放時間為週一至週五8:30-18:30、週末及節假日8:00-18:30，建議合理安排行程並於閉園前一小時完成入園。遊覽時需全程遵守森林防火規定，嚴禁一切野外用火（包括吸煙、燒烤、燃放煙花爆竹等）；為保護生態環境，請勿攀折花木、驚擾或投餵野生動物，自覺將垃圾帶離景區。景區部分區域海拔較高，氣溫變化較大，建議提前備好防寒衣物、防曬用品、舒適防滑的徒步鞋及適量高熱量食品，年長者、兒童及有高原反應史的遊客應謹慎評估身體狀況，避免劇烈運動。

Before visiting Binggou River Scenic Area, it is necessary to make a real-name reservation and purchase tickets at least one day in advance through the official WeChat public account or authorized online platforms. There are no manual ticket counters on-site. Upon entry, visitors must present the original valid ID used for the reservation for verification. The scenic area is open from 8:30 to 18:30 on weekdays and 8:00 to 18:30 on weekends and holidays. It is recommended to plan the trip in advance and complete entry at least one hour before closing. During the visit, all visitors must strictly adhere to forest fire prevention regulations; all forms of open fire (including smoking, barbecuing, fireworks, etc.) are strictly prohibited. To protect the ecological environment, please refrain from picking plants, disturbing, or feeding wildlife, and take all trash with you when leaving. Some areas of the scenic area are at high altitudes with significant temperature fluctuations. It is advisable to prepare warm clothing, sun protection gear, comfortable and non-slip hiking shoes, and high-energy snacks. Elderly visitors, children, and those with a history of altitude sickness should carefully assess their physical condition and avoid strenuous activities.

冰溝河生態文化旅遊景區位於甘肅省武威市天祝藏族自治縣祁連鎮境內，地處祁連山東端，距武威市區約35-40公里，是一處集雪山、天池、森林、草原、河流等自然景觀於一體的國家AAAA級旅遊景區。景區總面積達9310公頃，海拔在2050至4874米之間，以「一日過三季、十里不同天」的垂直生態景觀著稱，核心景點包括祁連山迄今發現的最大高山湖泊——柴爾龍海天池、夏季仍可見冰川與野花共存的尼美拉大峽谷、每年5-7月綻放紫色花海的馬蘭花大草原，以及阿尼崗嘎爾雪山和弘化牧場等歷史人文遺跡。景區融合自然生態與藏傳佛教、吐谷渾文化底蘊，曾入選全國生態旅遊典型案例，是河西走廊重要的生態旅遊與避暑勝地。

The Binggou River Eco-Cultural Tourism Scenic Area is located in Qilian Town, Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, at the eastern end of the Qilian Mountains, about 35-40 kilometers from downtown Wuwei. As a National AAAA-level tourist attraction, it integrates natural landscapes such as snow-capped mountains, alpine lakes, forests, grasslands, and rivers. Covering an area of 9,310 hectares with an elevation ranging from 2,050 to 4,874 meters, the area is renowned for its vertical ecological scenery described as "experiencing three seasons in a day and different weather within ten miles". Key attractions include Chairlonghai Tianchi (the largest high mountain lake discovered in the Qilian Mountains to date), the Nemeila Grand Canyon where glaciers and wildflowers coexist even in summer, the Malan Flower Prairie which blooms into a sea of purple flowers from May to July each year, as well as the Aniganggar Snow Mountain and the Honghua Ranch historical site. Blending natural ecology with the cultural heritage of Tibetan Buddhism and the Tuyuhun Kingdom, the scenic area has been selected as a national ecotourism典型案例 and serves as an important ecotourism and summer retreat destination along the Hexi Corridor.
