鵝嫚溝（作為官鵝溝大景區一部分）的預定須知與遊玩注意事項如下：景區實行實名制購票，強烈建議提前通過官方平台或授權渠道預訂門票，旺季（4月-11月）​官鵝溝大景區聯票參考價約130元/人（通常包含觀光車）。開放時間旺季為08:00-18:00，淡季為09:00-17:00，最晚入園時間為閉園前1小時。景區範圍廣闊，核心景點（如澤蕩措天池）需乘坐觀光車抵達末端後徒步遊覽，請穿著舒適防滑的徒步鞋。山區天氣多變，晝夜溫差大，即使是夏季也需準備保暖外套和雨具。溝內部分步道臨水或陡峭，遊覽時請注意安全，​請勿翻越護欄或進入未開放區域。請保護原始生態環境，​禁止採摘植物、驚嚇野生動物及丟棄垃圾。若計劃體驗玻璃天橋等項目，請遵循現場安全指引。由於地處高原，行動宜緩，注意預防高原反應。

It is strongly recommended to book tickets in advance through official platforms or authorized channels. The reference price for the ​Guangegou Grand Scenic Area combined ticket​ during the peak season (April–November) is approximately 130 yuan per person (usually including the sightseeing bus). Opening hours are 08:00–18:00 during the peak season and 09:00–17:00 during the off-season, with the latest entry allowed 1 hour before closing. The scenic area is vast, and reaching core attractions (such as Zedangcuo Heavenly Lake) requires ​taking a sightseeing bus to the terminal and then hiking, so wear comfortable, non-slip hiking shoes. Mountain weather is changeable with significant temperature differences between day and night; even in summer, bring warm clothing and rain gear. Some trails in the valley run alongside water or are steep; pay attention to safety during your visit, ​do not climb over guardrails or enter restricted areas. Help protect the pristine ecological environment: ​picking plants, disturbing wildlife, and littering are prohibited. If planning to experience attractions like the glass skywalk, follow on-site safety instructions. Due to the high-altitude location, move gently and be mindful of altitude sickness prevention.

鵝嫚溝位於甘肅省隴南市宕昌縣官鵝溝大景區內，是官鵝溝國家森林公園（國家AAAAA級旅遊景區）的核心組成部分，與官珠溝共同構成「官鵝溝」這一完整的自然生態體系。鵝嫚溝以高山湖泊、瀑布溪流和原始森林景觀為主，其核心亮點是海拔約2850米的澤蕩措天池（又稱「鵝嫚天池」），湖水澄澈如玉，四周被冷杉林和杜鵑花海環繞；溝內還分布著鵝嫚湖（金羊湖）、金羊瀑、盤龍瀑等多處水體景觀，以及長達十餘公里的原始森林棧道。與官珠溝的險峻峽谷相比，鵝嫚溝整體地勢更為舒緩開闊，更具高原湖泊濕地特徵。景區巧妙融入了羌藏民族風情，流傳著「官珠王子與鵝嫚公主」的愛情傳說，並設有9D玻璃天橋等現代休閒項目。這裡四季景色各異，夏季清涼如春，秋季層林盡染，是集高山湖泊觀光、森林徒步、民俗體驗和生態康養於一體的綜合性山水秘境。

Emangou (Eman Valley) is located within the Guangegou Grand Scenic Area in Dangchang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province. It is a core component of the Guanggou National Forest Park (a National AAAAA-level Tourist Attraction), together with Guanzhougou forming the complete natural ecosystem known as "Guangegou." Emangou is characterized by alpine lakes, waterfalls, streams, and primeval forest landscapes. Its central highlight is Zedangcuo Heavenly Lake (also called "Emangou Heavenly Lake") at an elevation of approximately 2,850 meters, whose water is as clear as jade, surrounded by fir forests and rhododendron blooms. The valley also features other water landscapes such as Emangou Lake (Jinyang Lake), Jinyang Waterfall, and Panlong Waterfall, along with over ten kilometers of plank trails through virgin forest. Compared to the steep canyons of Guanzhougou, Emangou's terrain is gentler and more expansive, exhibiting more characteristics of a plateau lake wetland. The scenic area skillfully incorporates Qiang and Tibetan ethnic culture, with legends of "Prince Guanzhu and Princess Eman," and includes modern leisure facilities like a 9D glass skywalk. The scenery varies with the seasons: summers are cool like spring, and autumns display a tapestry of colorful foliage. It is a comprehensive landscape retreat integrating alpine lake sightseeing, forest hiking, cultural experience, and ecological wellness.
