Mountain weather is changeable, with significant temperature differences between day and night; even in summer, bring warm clothing and rain gear. Please take all trash out of the park to protect the natural environment; picking plants, capturing wildlife, and using open flames are strictly prohibited. Some paths may be slippery or steep, so exercise caution and do not venture into undeveloped areas. 吐魯溝國家森林公園位於甘肅省蘭州市永登縣連城鎮，地處祁連山東麓，距蘭州市區約160公里，是集森林、草原、雪山、峽谷於一體的國家級森林公園和AAAA級旅遊景區。公園總面積約5800公頃，平均海拔近3000米，因地形獨特、植被垂直分布完整而素有「神話般的綠色山谷」之稱。園內擁有天窗眼、藏龍洞、駝峰嶺、石壁瀉珠等20多處自然奇觀，以「華山之險、峨眉之秀、青城之幽、九寨之奇」的多元景觀融為一體，原始森林覆蓋率達79.2%，棲息著麝、藍馬雞等珍稀動物，生長著雲杉、冷杉及多種高山花卉。作為黃河上游重要水源涵養林區，這裡夏秋兩季氣候涼爽，溪流清澈，是徒步探險、自然攝影和避暑休閒的理想之地，被譽為「蘭州的後花園」和「祁連山下的秘境」。

Tulugou National Forest Park is situated in Liancheng Town, Yongdeng County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, on the eastern foothills of the Qilian Mountains, approximately 160 kilometers from downtown Lanzhou. It is a national forest park and AAAA-level tourist attraction integrating forests, grasslands, snow-capped mountains, and canyons. Covering a total area of about 5,800 hectares with an average elevation of nearly 3,000 meters, the park is renowned as a “mythical green valley” due to its unique topography and complete vertical vegetation distribution. It features over 20 natural wonders, including Tianchuangyan (Skylight Eye), Canglongdong (Hidden Dragon Cave), Tuofengling (Camel Peak Ridge), and Shibixiezhu (Stone Wall Waterfall), blending diverse landscapes described as “the peril of Mount Hua, the elegance of Mount Emei, the serenity of Mount Qingcheng, and the wonder of Jiuzhaigou.” With virgin forest coverage reaching 79.2%, the park is home to rare animals such as musk deer and blue eared pheasants, and hosts flora like spruce, fir, and various alpine flowers. As a crucial water conservation forest area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, it offers cool climates and clear streams during summer and autumn, making it an ideal destination for hiking adventures, nature photography, and summer retreats. It is acclaimed as “Lanzhou’s Back Garden” and “the Hidden Gem at the Foot of the Qilian Mountains.”
