The park is built along the hillside, with its main architectural groups arranged in "three terraces," ascending sequentially from the foot to the top of the hill. These structures combine halls, pavilions, and corridors from the Ming and Qing dynasties (such as Baita Temple, Arhat Hall, Sanxing Hall, and Sanguan Hall) with classical garden artistry. Its central landmark is the Yuan Dynasty white pagoda (seven stories, octagonal, approximately 17 meters tall), beside which stands the "Yu Wang Stele" documenting the legendary Emperor Yu's flood control efforts.
