Covering an extensive area, the manor is designed in the architectural style of a European town and integrates grape cultivation, winemaking, cultural display, and tourism. Its standout feature is the largest single-structure underground wine cellar in Asia—Zixuan No. 1 Cellar—capable of housing tens of thousands of oak barrels and equipped with advanced international facilities such as French presses, German filtration systems, and Italian bottling lines.
