色拉寺門票約50元，無需提前預約，可現場購票。開放時間通常為9:00-16:00，最值得觀看的辯經活動一般在下午15:00開始（週日可能暫停）。請遵守寺內規定，殿內禁止對佛像拍照，觀看辯經時請保持安靜、勿使用閃光燈。建議穿著舒適便鞋以應對寺內台階，注意防曬並攜帶飲用水。拉薩海拔較高，請放緩行動節奏以防高原反應。

Sera Monastery tickets cost around 50 CNY and can be purchased on-site without advance reservation. Opening hours are generally 9:00-16:00, with the highly recommended monk debates usually starting around 15:00 (may be suspended on Sundays). Please follow temple rules: photography of Buddha statues inside halls is prohibited, and maintain quiet without using flash during debates. Wear comfortable shoes for navigating steps, use sun protection, and carry drinking water. Due to Lhasa's high altitude, move slowly to prevent altitude sickness.

色拉寺全稱"色拉大乘寺"，位於拉薩市北郊的色拉烏孜山腳下，是藏傳佛教格魯派六大寺院之一，與哲蚌寺、甘丹寺並稱"拉薩三大寺"。該寺由宗喀巴大師的弟子釋迦益西創建，建築群依山而建，融合漢藏風格。寺內珍藏大量珍貴文物，包括明永樂皇帝御賜的《甘珠爾》經、馬頭明王金剛像等。每日下午的辯經活動是色拉寺最富特色的宗教儀軌，僧人們通過激烈問答探討佛法。作為集宗教、歷史、藝術價值於一體的文化瑰寶，色拉寺既是重要的修行道場，也是體驗藏傳佛教文化的經典場所。

​Sera Monastery, fully named "Sera Mahayana Monastery," is situated at the foot of Mount Sera Utsé in the northern suburbs of Lhasa. As one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism, it forms the "Three Great Monasteries of Lhasa" alongside Drepung and Ganden Monasteries. Founded by Jamyang Chojey, a disciple of Je Tsongkhapa, the monastery complex is built into the mountain slope, showcasing a blend of Han and Tibetan architectural styles. It houses a significant collection of cultural relics, including the Kangyur scriptures bestowed by the Ming Emperor Yongle and the statue of Horse-Headed Vajra. The monastery is renowned for its daily afternoon Buddhist debates, a dynamic ritual where monks engage in lively philosophical discussions.
