熱振寺

熱振寺門票約30元，無需提前預約，現場購票即可。寺廟海拔約4200米，需提前在拉薩適應高原環境，避免劇烈運動。請穿著保暖衣物並做好防曬措施。寺內禁止對佛像和壁畫拍照，轉經需按順時針方向。建議預留2-3小時遊覽時間，可結合周邊的熱振國家森林公園安排一日遊。由於地處偏遠，建議自駕或乘坐每日早上從拉薩東郊車站發出的班車前往。

​Reting Monastery charges an entrance fee of about 30 CNY, with no advance reservation required. At an altitude of approximately 4,200 meters, acclimatize in Lhasa beforehand and avoid strenuous activity. Wear warm clothing and use sun protection. Photography of Buddha statues and murals inside the temple is prohibited, and circumambulation should be done clockwise. Allow 2-3 hours for your visit, which can be combined with a trip to the nearby Reting National Forest Park. Due to the remote location, self-driving or taking the daily morning bus from Lhasa's Eastern Suburb Bus Station is recommended.

熱振寺位於西藏拉薩市林周縣唐古鄉，是藏傳佛教噶當派的祖庭，由仲敦巴創建，距今已有近千年歷史。寺廟坐落在普央崗欽山麓，四周被千年古柏環繞，相傳這些柏樹與松贊干布有關，形成了罕見的高原森林景觀。寺內珍藏有阿底峽大師的靈骨寶塔等聖物，每年藏曆的宗教節日會舉行跳神、賽馬等民俗活動，吸引大量信眾朝聖。這裡融合了古剎的莊嚴與森林的靜謐，既是宗教文化遺產，也是感受藏地自然與人文的獨特勝地。

Reting Monastery is located in Tanggu Township, Lhundrup County, Lhasa City, Tibet. As the ancestral monastery of the Kadam school of Tibetan Buddhism, it was founded by Dromtönpa and boasts a history of nearly a thousand years. Nestled at the foot of the Puyongangqin Mountains, the monastery is surrounded by ancient cypress trees, which are said to be linked to Songtsen Gampo, creating a rare forest landscape on the plateau. It houses sacred relics such as the stupa of Master Atisha, and during Tibetan calendar religious festivals, cham dances and horse races are held, attracting many pilgrims. Blending the solemnity of an ancient temple with the tranquility of the forest, it is both a religious cultural heritage site and a unique destination to experience Tibet's natural and cultural harmony.
