瓊姆崗嘎雪山

瓊姆崗嘎雪山為非A級自然景區，免費開放但需支付約10元垃圾清運費。景區海拔極高（停車場約5100米），需在拉薩充分適應高原反應後再前往，務必攜帶氧氣瓶並避免劇烈運動。當地天氣瞬息萬變，需準備防風羽絨服、墨鏡等保暖防曬裝備。冬季觀景需特別注意冰面安全，切勿冒險行走。請尊重神山文化，不觸碰瑪尼堆經幡。建議駕駛四驅車前往，部分路段為碎石路需謹慎慢行。

​Qiongmu Gangga Snow Mountain is a non-graded natural scenic area with free admission but requires a garbage disposal fee of about 10 CNY. Due to the extremely high altitude (parking lot at ~5,100 meters), fully acclimatize in Lhasa before visiting, carry oxygen, and avoid strenuous activity. Weather changes rapidly; prepare windproof down jackets, sunglasses, and sun protection. In winter, exercise extreme caution on icy surfaces. Respect the sacred mountain culture by not touching mani stones or prayer flags. A 4WD vehicle is recommended, and drive carefully on gravel sections.

瓊姆崗嘎雪山位於西藏拉薩市尼木縣境內，是念青唐古拉山脈南端的最高峰，藏語意為"智慧女神"。這座金字塔狀的山峰擁有現代冰川和冰蝕湖等自然奇觀，冬季湖面封凍形成的藍冰景觀尤為壯觀。作為尼木河的發源地和藏傳佛教神山，它不僅滋養著周邊文明，還承載著"蓮花生大師降服魔女"的宗教傳說，山腰處保留著多處修行聖跡。遊客可駕車至高山停車場，沿步道抵達湖畔觀賞雪山倒影，感受神山聖湖的靜謐與崇高。

​Qiongmu Gangga Snow Mountain is located in Nimu County, Lhasa City, Tibet. It is the highest peak at the southern end of the Nyainqêntanglha Mountains, and its Tibetan name means "Goddess of Wisdom." This pyramid-shaped peak features natural wonders such as modern glaciers and glacial lakes, with the frozen "blue ice" landscape in winter being particularly spectacular. As the source of the Nimu River and a sacred mountain in Tibetan Buddhism, it not only nourishes the surrounding civilizations but also carries the religious legend of "Guru Padmasambhava subduing a demoness," with several meditation sites preserved on its slopes. Visitors can drive to a high-altitude parking area and walk along trails to the lakeside to admire the mountain's reflection and experience the serene, sacred atmosphere of the mountain and lake.
