索南達傑保護站

索南達傑保護站並非商業景區，​不接待未經許可的個人旅遊參觀，亦不提供門票或預約服務。普通訪客僅可在保護站外圍的公共區域（如廣場、紀念碑）短暫停留並遠觀，​嚴禁未經批准進入站內工作區域、野生動物救助中心或實驗室。若計劃以團體名義進行科研、環保或教育活動，必須提前數月通過正式渠道（如可可西里國家級自然保護區管理局）提交書面申請並獲得書面許可。所有來訪者無論以何種形式抵達，均須嚴格遵守：禁止鳴笛、追逐或投餵野生動物；禁止使用無人機等可能驚擾動物的設備；禁止留下任何垃圾；禁止進入公路以外的保護區範圍。由於保護站位於海拔4479公尺的高原，務必做好防寒、防曬及高原反應預防措施。

The Sonam Dargye Protection Station is not a commercial tourist attraction; ​it does not accept individual tourist visits without prior permission and does not offer tickets or reservation services. General visitors are only allowed to stay briefly in public areas outside the station (such as the square or memorial monument) for distant viewing; ​entering the working areas, wildlife rescue centers, or laboratories without approval is strictly prohibited. If planning group activities for scientific research, environmental protection, or education, ​a formal written application must be submitted through official channels (such as the Hoh Xil National Nature Reserve Administration) several months in advance, and written permission must be obtained. All visitors, regardless of how they arrive, must strictly adhere to the following rules: honking, chasing, or feeding wildlife is prohibited; the use of drones or other equipment that may disturb animals is forbidden; leaving any trash is not allowed; and entering protected areas beyond the roadside is prohibited. Given that the protection station is located on a plateau at an altitude of 4,479 meters, it is essential to take precautions against cold, sun exposure, and altitude sickness.

索南達傑保護站位於青海省玉樹藏族自治州治多縣索加鄉的可可西里國家級自然保護區內，緊鄰青藏公路（G109國道），海拔高達四千四百七十九米。它是中國第一個民間自然生態環境保護站，於一九九六年五月奠基，一九九七年九月正式建成，以一九九四年為保護藏羚羊而犧牲的英雄傑桑·索南達傑命名。保護站地處可可西里東側崑崙山腳，東北距崑崙山口約五十公里，西南距唐古拉山口約三百餘公里，是可可西里反盜獵行動的前沿基地。建站初期由志願者通過義賣《長江魂》書籍籌集資金建設，後經多次擴建，增加了太陽能取暖設備、高空瞭望塔等設施。如今，保護站承擔着反盜獵、野生動物救助、生態監測、科普宣傳等重要職能，站內設有野生動物救助中心，被譽為“藏羚羊幼兒園”。隨着科技發展，保護站周邊還建立了通信基站和智能監測網絡，實現了對保護區更有效的管控。作為可可西里生態保護的象徵，索南達傑保護站不僅見證了藏羚羊種羣從瀕危到恢復的歷程，也向每年到訪的數萬名遊客和志願者傳遞着堅守與奉獻的“可可西里精神”。

The Sonam Dargye Protection Station is located within the Hoh Xil National Nature Reserve in Suojia Township, Zhiduo County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, adjacent to the Qinghai-Tibet Highway (National Highway G109), at an altitude of four thousand four hundred seventy-nine meters. It is China's first civil ecological and environmental protection station, founded in May nineteen ninety-six and officially completed in September nineteen ninety-seven, named in honor of the hero Jiesang Sonam Dargye who sacrificed his life protecting Tibetan antelopes in nineteen ninety-four. The station is situated at the eastern foot of the Kunlun Mountains in Hoh Xil, approximately fifty kilometers northeast of the Kunlun Pass and over three hundred kilometers southwest of the Tanggula Pass, serving as a frontline base for anti-poaching operations in Hoh Xil. Initially built by volunteers through funds raised by selling the book "The Soul of the Yangtze River," it has undergone multiple expansions, adding facilities such as solar heating equipment and high-altitude watchtowers. Today, the station undertakes critical functions including anti-poaching, wildlife rescue, ecological monitoring, and science education, housing a wildlife rescue center known as the "Tibetan Antelope Kindergarten". With technological advancements, communication base stations and intelligent monitoring networks have been established around the station, enabling more effective management and protection of the reserve. As a symbol of Hoh Xil's ecological conservation, the Sonam Dargye Protection Station has not only witnessed the recovery of the Tibetan antelope population from the brink of extinction but also conveys the enduring "Hoh Xil Spirit" of perseverance and dedication to tens of thousands of annual visitors and volunteers.
