南山公園

拉薩南山公園免費對公眾開放，無需預約或購票，但需在入口處完成實名登記並接受安檢。公園開放時間隨季節調整，夏季約為8:00-20:30，冬季約為9:00-19:00，建議出行前核實具體時間。因公園位於海拔約4200米的高處，登山前需在拉薩適應幾天以防高原反應，並請攜帶氧氣瓶、防曬用品和保暖衣物。請遵守園區規定，愛護生態環境，勿亂丟垃圾。

Lhasa Nanshan Park is free to enter and does not require advance booking or tickets. However, visitors must complete real-name registration and pass a security check at the entrance. Opening hours vary by season, typically around 8:00-20:30 in summer and 9:00-19:00 in winter; it's advisable to confirm the exact times before your visit. As the park is situated at an altitude of approximately 4,200 meters, it is recommended to acclimatize in Lhasa for a few days before hiking to prevent altitude sickness. Carry oxygen canisters, sun protection, and warm clothing. Please follow park regulations, protect the ecological environment, and avoid littering.

拉薩南山公園坐落於拉薩河南岸，與布達拉宮隔河相望，是拉薩南北山綠化工程的重要成果。這座生態公園將昔日的荒山轉變為廣闊的城市綠洲，園內種植了雲杉、高山柳等適應當地氣候的樹木，建有"布宮鏡湖"、登山步道等景觀設施。遊客可登上海拔約四千二百米的山頂觀景台，俯瞰拉薩城區全景，遠眺布達拉宮，山頂的"祖國萬歲"字樣是熱門打卡點。公園免費開放，是市民和遊客休閒、健身、親近自然的理想場所。

Lhasa Nanshan Park is situated on the south bank of the Lhasa River, directly facing the Potala Palace across the water, representing a major achievement of the Lhasa North-South Mountains Afforestation Project. This ecological park has transformed previously barren mountains into an expansive urban oasis, featuring trees such as spruce and alpine willow that are adapted to the local climate, along with landscape facilities including "Potala Mirror Lake" and hiking trails. Visitors can ascend to the hilltop viewing platform at an altitude of approximately 4,200 meters to enjoy panoramic views of Lhasa city and the distant Potala Palace, with the prominent "Long Live the Motherland" inscription at the summit being a popular photo spot. The park is free to enter and serves as an ideal place for both residents and tourists to relax, exercise, and connect with nature.
