隆務寺

隆務寺為國家AAAA級旅遊景區及全國重點文物保護單位，遊客需憑身份證件在入口處實名登記後購票入內，門票包含必要的殿堂參觀，但寺內部分核心區域（如部分經堂、密修院）在非公開儀式期間可能謝絕參觀，建議提前了解開放動態。遊玩時請務必遵守以下事項：作為藏傳佛教格魯派重要寺院，需尊重宗教習俗，進入所有殿堂必須脫帽、保持安靜、禁止吸煙，未經明確許可不得對佛像、壁畫及僧人進行拍照；轉經、禮拜等活動請嚴格遵循順時針方向；如遇法會等宗教活動，應保持肅穆並遵從現場指引；請勿隨意觸摸法器、經書等宗教物品，亦不可用手指直接指向佛像或僧人；身著得體服裝，避免過於暴露的衣著；寺內道路以石板和臺階為主，建議穿著舒適平底鞋；高海拔地區需注意防曬和防風保暖。最後，請共同維護聖潔環境，不丟棄任何垃圾。

Longwu Monastery is a National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction and a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit. Visitors must present identification for real-name registration at the entrance before purchasing tickets, which include access to designated halls. However, some core areas (such as certain assembly halls and tantric colleges) may be closed to the public during non-public ceremonies, so it is advisable to check opening arrangements in advance. During your visit, please strictly observe the following: as an important monastery of the Tibetan Buddhist Gelug tradition, religious customs must be respected—remove hats, maintain quiet, and refrain from smoking inside all halls; do not take photographs of Buddha statues, murals, or monks without explicit permission; activities such as rotating prayer wheels and prostrations must follow a strict clockwise direction; if encountering religious events like prayer assemblies, remain solemn and follow on-site guidance; do not touch ritual objects, scriptures, or other religious items, and avoid pointing directly at statues or monks with fingers; dress modestly, avoiding overly revealing clothing; as the monastery paths are primarily stone slabs and steps, comfortable flat shoes are recommended; due to the high altitude, sun protection and windproof warmth are essential. Longwu Monastery, located in Longwu Town, Tongren City, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is a significant Gelug (Yellow Hat) monastery of Tibetan Buddhism with a history dating back to the Yuan Dynasty (around 1301). It is designated as a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit and a National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction. Known as the birthplace and core center of Regong Art—a celebrated form of Tibetan Buddhist painting, sculpture, and architecture—the monastery houses an extensive collection of exquisite thangkas, murals, appliqués, and an 11-meter-tall gilded statue of Master Tsongkhapa, earning it the title "Western Region Sacred Realm." Its architectural complex, nestled against mountains and rivers, integrates Han and Tibetan styles, comprising 35 halls across three major colleges—Sutra Studies, Tantric Studies, and Kalachakra—forming a distinctive religious architectural landscape. As one of the six major Gelug monasteries in the Amdo region (spanning the Qinghai-Gansu-Sichuan border), Longwu Monastery embodies profound religious culture and serves as a historical testament to multi-ethnic cultural exchange.
