坎佈拉國家森林公園

坎布拉國家森林公園為國家AAAA級旅遊景區，進入園區需購買門票和觀光車票（遊船票另購），景區內主要依靠觀光車接駁與遊船遊覽，建議您至少預留3-4小時遊玩時間。遊玩時請注意以下事項：核心景觀「碧水丹山」需通過觀光車至觀景台或乘船在李家峽水庫上觀賞；園區內山路崎嶇，請遵循規定路線行走，勿離開步道進入未開放區域；部分觀景台與碼頭需步行，建議穿著舒適防滑的鞋子；高原地區天氣多變且紫外線強，請備好防曬及防寒衣物，並隨身攜帶飲用水；請愛護環境，不隨意丟棄垃圾，不在丹霞地貌上刻劃；若計劃徒步或深入遊覽，請提前向景區諮詢當日開放路線。

Kanbula National Forest Park is a National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction. Entry requires purchasing admission and shuttle bus tickets (boat tickets are sold separately). Travel within the scenic area primarily relies on shuttle buses and boat tours, and it is recommended to allocate at least 3-4 hours for your visit. Please note the following during your visit: the core landscape of "emerald waters against crimson mountains" can be viewed from shuttle-accessible observation decks or by taking a boat on the Lijiaxia Reservoir; the park features rugged mountain paths—follow designated routes and do not leave trails to enter restricted areas; some observation decks and piers require walking, so wear comfortable, non-slip shoes; the plateau area experiences changeable weather and strong UV radiation, so prepare sun-protective and warm clothing and carry drinking water; protect the environment by not littering and avoiding carving or damaging the Danxia landforms; if planning to hike or explore further, inquire with the park in advance about open routes for the day.

坎布拉國家森林公園位於青海省黃南藏族自治州尖扎縣境內，距西寧市約131公里，是一處集國家地質公園、國家森林公園、國家AAAA級景區和世界地質公園稱號於一體的綜合性生態旅遊勝地。公園以壯麗的丹霞地貌為核心，由紅色砂礫岩構成的奇峰、方山、洞穴和峭壁錯落有致，形如塔堡或人獸，被譽為“碧水挾丹山，大壩鎖黃河”的自然畫廊。園內森林覆蓋率達28%，孕育了樺樹、雲杉、杜鵑等數百種植物，以及雪豹、麝、蘭馬雞等珍稀動物，兼具高原物種基因庫的生態價值。人文方面，這裡是藏傳佛教後弘文化發祥地，擁有阿瓊南宗寺、南宗尼姑寺等千年古剎，融合了宗教文化與藏族民俗風情。遊客可欣賞到李家峽水電站形成的高峽平湖景觀，感受“黃河清”的獨特水域魅力，整體呈現自然奇觀與人文歷史的完美交融。

Kanbula National Forest Park is located in Jianzha County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, approximately 131 kilometers from Xining City. It is a comprehensive eco-tourism destination integrating the titles of National Geopark, National Forest Park, National AAAA-level Scenic Area, and UNESCO Global Geopark. The park is renowned for its spectacular Danxia landforms, characterized by peaks, mesas, caves, and cliffs composed of red sandstone and conglomerate, resembling towers, fortresses, or human and animal shapes, described as "emerald waters embracing crimson mountains, a dam locking the Yellow River." With a forest coverage rate of 28%, the park hosts hundreds of plant species such as birch trees, spruce, and rhododendrons, as well as rare animals including snow leopards, musk deer, and blue eared pheasants, serving as a gene pool for plateau species. Culturally, it is the birthplace of the Tibetan Buddhist revival, featuring ancient temples like Aqiong Nanzong Temple and Nanzong Nunney Temple, blending religious heritage with Tibetan folk traditions. Visitors can admire the plateau lake formed by the Lijiaxia Hydropower Station and experience the unique clarity of the Yellow River waters, showcasing a perfect harmony of natural wonders and historical legacy.
