扎龍溝

青海互助紮龍溝為自然風景區，需現場購票（含觀光車票），暫不支持線上預約。遊玩時需注意：景區開放時間為09:00-16:00（停止入園），內部需徒步遊覽，請穿著舒適防滑的鞋子；海拔較高，晝夜溫差大，需備防寒衣物並注意防曬；請勿擅自離開步道或進入未開發區域；保護生態環境，不採摘花草、不驚擾野生動物，並將垃圾帶離景區。

Huzhu Zhalong Valley in Qinghai is a natural scenic area. Tickets (including shuttle bus tickets) must be purchased on-site, and online reservations are currently unavailable. Please note: the scenic area is open from 09:00 to 16:00 (entry stops at closing). Internal exploration requires hiking, so wear comfortable, non-slip shoes. Due to the high altitude and significant temperature difference between day and night, bring warm clothing and protect against sun exposure. Do not leave designated trails or enter undeveloped areas. Help protect the ecological environment by refraining from picking plants, disturbing wildlife, and taking all trash out of the scenic area.

Huzhu Zhalong Valley, located in the northeast of Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, is a core scenic area of the Beishan National Forest Park. It features a 2,000-meter-long mountain trail, the Yaoshui Spring Waterfall formed by 108 springs, the Danxia landform wonder "Pillar Holding Up the Sky," and natural rock formations like the "Bear Embrace Mountain." Integrating forests, streams, and alpine meadows, the valley offers distinct scenery across all four seasons—particularly renowned for its spring rhododendron blooms and winter ice waterfalls—making it a high-altitude destination ideal for nature appreciation and hiking adventures
