參觀羅布林卡需提前通過官方渠道或授權平台實名預約購票，門票約60元。開放時間通常為9:30-18:00（冬季可能提前關閉），最後入園時間為閉館前1小時。園內主要宮殿禁止拍照，請勿觸摸壁畫文物。拉薩海拔3650米，遊覽時需放緩步伐預防高原反應，注意防曬補水。建議遊覽時長2-3小時，可搭配毗鄰的西藏博物館規劃行程。請遵守藏傳佛教習俗，室內脫帽並保持肅靜。

To visit Norbulingka, advance real-name reservation and ticket purchase (approx. 60 CNY) through official channels is required. Opening hours are generally 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (may close earlier in winter), with last entry 1 hour before closing. Photography is prohibited inside main palaces; do not touch murals or artifacts. At Lhasa's 3,650m altitude, walk slowly to prevent altitude sickness, and use sun protection. Allow 2-3 hours for visiting; it can be combined with the adjacent Tibet Museum. Please observe Tibetan Buddhist customs by removing hats indoors and maintaining quiet.

羅布林卡，藏語意為"寶貝園林"，坐落於拉薩西郊，是歷代達賴喇嘛的夏宮，始建於18世紀40年代七世達賴時期。這座佔地36萬平方米的園林由格桑頗章、金色頗章、達旦明久頗章等宏偉宮殿群組成，是西藏規模最大、風景最佳、古蹟最多的人造園林，園內種植超過百種植物，堪稱"高原植物園"。其建築依勢而建，高處築台，低處挖池，其中最精美的湖心宮（措吉頗章）完美融合了漢藏建築風格。作為全國重點文物保護單位和世界文化遺產，園內珍藏三萬餘件文物，包括七千餘件國家級珍品。每年雪頓節期間舉行的盛大藏戲表演，使其成為體驗西藏文化的絕佳場所。

​Norbulingka, meaning "Jewel Park" in Tibetan, is situated in the western suburbs of Lhasa. Serving as the summer palace for successive Dalai Lamas, its construction began in the 1740s during the era of the 7th Dalai Lama. This 360,000-square-meter complex comprises magnificent palace groups including the Kelsang Potrang, Golden Potrang, and Takten Migyur Potrang, making it the largest, most scenic, and most historically rich artificial garden in Tibet. With over a hundred species of plants, it is renowned as the "Plateau Botanical Garden". Its architecture follows the natural terrain, building platforms on high ground and digging ponds in low areas. The most exquisite Lake-Palace (Tsokyil Potrang) beautifully integrates Han and Tibetan architectural styles. As a National Key Cultural Relic Protection Unit and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it houses a collection of more than 30,000 cultural relics, including over 7,000 national-level treasures. The grand Tibetan opera performances held during the annual Shoton Festival make it an exceptional venue for experiencing Tibetan culture.
