黑泉水庫

黑泉水庫是青海省重要飲用水水源保護地，非傳統旅遊景點，無需門票或預約，但需注意：水庫禁止游泳、垂釣、露營、放牧及丟棄垃圾；遊客僅可在227國道旁指定觀景台短暫停留觀賞拍照，嚴禁進入庫區、大壩及保護區；請勿使用無人機，並遵守保護區所有安全警示標識，共同保護水源地生態安全。

Heiquan Reservoir is a crucial protected drinking water source in Qinghai Province, not a traditional tourist attraction. No entrance fee or reservation is required. However, please note: all activities such as swimming, fishing, camping, grazing, and littering are strictly prohibited. Visitors are only allowed to briefly stop for viewing and photography at designated viewing platforms along National Highway 227. Entering the reservoir area, dam, or protected zones is forbidden. The use of drones is prohibited. Please comply with all safety warning signs in the protected area to help maintain the ecological security of the water source.

黑泉水庫位於青海省西寧市大通回族土自治縣，是“引大濟湣”工程的重要調蓄水庫，海拔約2800公尺。作為青海重要的飲用水源地，其庫區水域呈現獨特的藍綠色，四周被達坂山與連綿草甸環繞，景色寧靜壯麗。該水庫不設門票，但屬於水源保護地，遊客僅可在227國道旁指定觀景台短暫停留欣賞，禁止進入庫區及進行任何水上活動。其核心功能是保障區域供水與生態平衡，景觀價值主要體現在沿途的高原湖光山色之中。

Heiquan Reservoir is located in Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County, Xining City, Qinghai Province. As a crucial regulating reservoir in the "Yellow River Diversion" project, it sits at an elevation of approximately 2,800 meters. Serving as an important drinking water source for Qinghai, the reservoir exhibits a distinctive turquoise-blue hue, surrounded by the Dabanshan Mountains and rolling meadows, creating a serene and magnificent landscape. While no entrance fee is required, it is a protected water source area. Visitors are only permitted to briefly stop and admire the view at designated viewing platforms along National Highway 227; entering the reservoir area or engaging in any water activities is strictly prohibited. Its primary functions are to ensure regional water supply and ecological balance, with its scenic value lying in the picturesque alpine lake and mountain views along the route.
