崗什卡雪峰

崗什卡雪峰為免費開放的自然保護區域，無需門票或預約，但需注意：該區域屬高海拔登山探險目的地，普通遊客可自駕至七彩瀑布附近觀光，深入冰川或登山需提前向青海省登山協會報備並聘請持證嚮導；最佳遊覽期為5月至10月，冬季道路常因積雪封閉；全程海拔在3800公尺以上，務必防範高原反應，注意防寒防風防曬；山區天氣多變、路況複雜，建議駕駛高底盤車輛並備好應急物資；請嚴格遵守環保規定，不得破壞冰川植被，帶走所有垃圾。

Gangshika Snow Peak is a free-access natural conservation area that requires no entrance fee or booking. However, please note: it is a high-altitude mountaineering and adventure destination. General visitors can drive to the vicinity of the Colorful Waterfall for sightseeing, but accessing glaciers or climbing the peak requires prior registration with the Qinghai Mountaineering Association and hiring of licensed guides. The optimal visiting period is from May to October, while roads are often closed due to snow in winter. The entire area is above 3,800 meters in altitude, so precautions against altitude sickness, cold, wind, and sun exposure are essential. Mountain weather is unpredictable and road conditions are challenging; a high-clearance vehicle and emergency supplies are recommended. All visitors must strictly follow environmental protection regulations: do not damage glaciers or vegetation, and take all litter away.

崗什卡雪峰位於青海省海北藏族自治州門源回族自治縣北部，是祁連山脈東段的最高峰，海拔5254.5公尺，峰頂終年積雪，宛如一條玉龍。這裡集現代冰川、七彩冰瀑、高山草甸等自然景觀於一體，不僅是科學考察和登山探險的理想之地，也是藏族文化中備受尊崇的神山。景區全年免費開放，夏季可欣賞雪山與門源油菜花海交織的壯麗景色，普通遊客可自駕至七彩瀑布（海拔約3800公尺）觀光，而登頂活動需提前向管理部門報備並聘請專業嚮導。

Gangshika Snow Peak is situated in the northern part of Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. As the highest peak in the eastern section of the Qilian Mountains, it stands at an elevation of 5,254.5 meters with perpetual snow on its summit, resembling a jade dragon. It integrates diverse natural landscapes such as modern glaciers, colorful ice waterfalls, and alpine meadows, making it an ideal destination for scientific research, mountaineering, and exploration, as well as a sacred mountain in Tibetan culture. The area is open to the public year-round free of charge. In summer, visitors can enjoy the spectacular view of the snow-capped peak set against Menyuan’s vast rapeseed flower fields. While general tourists can drive to the Colorful Waterfall (around 3,800 meters above sea level) for sightseeing, those attempting to summit must register with the authorities and hire certified guides.
