百裡油菜花海是位於中國青海省海北藏族自治州門源回族自治縣的國家AAAA級景區，地處祁連山與達坂山之間的盆地，綿延近百公里，總面積約535平方公里，是世界上面積最大的高原油菜花海。每年七月花期，金黃色的花田與遠處的雪山、藍天交織成絢爛的「三色拼圖」，形成高原獨特的壯麗景觀。景區內設有圓山觀花台等觀景設施，遊客可在此攝影、徒步，並參與每年舉辦的油菜花旅遊節，體驗生態與文化的融合之美。

The Hundred-Mile Rape Flower Sea is a national AAAA-level scenic area located in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, China. Situated in a basin between the Qilian Mountains and Daban Mountain, it stretches nearly 100 kilometers and covers approximately 535 square kilometers, making it the world’s largest high-altitude rape flower sea. Every July during the blooming season, the golden flower fields blend with distant snow-capped mountains and blue skies, creating a stunning "three-color mosaic" unique to the plateau. The scenic area features viewing facilities such as the Yuanshan Flower Viewing Platform, where visitors can engage in photography, hiking, and participate in the annual Rape Flower Tourism Festival, experiencing the harmonious beauty of ecology and culture.
