Before visiting the Amidongsuo (Niuxin Mountain) Scenic Area, please note the following booking instructions and travel precautions: The current opening status of the scenic area may change; it is recommended to check the latest information through official channels or reliable platforms (such as Ctrip or Meituan) and complete online ticket reservations before your trip. The area’s highest altitude is approximately 4,667 meters, with unpredictable weather and significant temperature differences between day and night. Be sure to bring warm clothing, sun protection gear, essential medications (such as altitude sickness remedies), and avoid strenuous exercise. Some sections of the mountain require hiking, so wearing comfortable, non-slip walking shoes is advised. Please respect the local Tibetan culture and natural ecology—do not touch religious facilities without permission, pick plants, or litter. Self-driving visitors should be cautious of road conditions on winding mountain sections, as some routes may be closed due to snow in winter. It is advisable to plan your route and insurance coverage in advance.

阿咪東索（又稱牛心山）是位於青海省海北藏族自治州祁連縣的國家AAAAA級旅遊景區，距縣城約9公里，主峰海拔4667公尺，被譽為「祁連眾山之神」。景區占地約113平方公里，擁有「一山盡覽四季景」的獨特垂直地貌——從山腳的麥田油菜花、山腰的森林牧場到峰頂的終年積雪，景觀層次分明。其主要景點包括高原牧場、草原花海、林海露營基地、盆景灣、萬佛崖等，可開展徒步、露營、生態科普等活動，融合了藏傳佛教文化、高原生態與地質奇觀，是集自然風光與人文底蘊於一體的原生態旅遊勝地!

A’mi Dongsuo (also known as Niuxin Mountain) is a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction located in Qilian County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, approximately 9 kilometers from the county town. With its main peak reaching 4,667 meters, it is revered as the "King of the Qilian Mountains." Covering an area of about 113 square kilometers, the scenic area features a unique vertical landscape that allows visitors to "experience four seasons on one mountain"—from farmland and rapeseed flowers at the base, through forests and pastures on the slopes, to perpetual snow at the summit. Key attractions include highland pastures, flower seas, forest camping bases, Penjing Bay, and Wanfo Cliff (Ten Thousand Buddha Cliff). The area supports activities such as hiking, camping, and ecological education, blending Tibetan Buddhist culture, plateau ecology, and geological wonders into a pristine destination that combines natural beauty with rich cultural significance
