措普溝無需門票預約，但需自行或包車前往。注意事項：景區內全程為非鋪裝路面，必須駕駛高底盤四驅越野車，並建議僱傭熟悉路況的當地嚮導；務必自備充足的食物、飲水及抗高反藥物，景區內無商業設施；嚴禁驚擾、追趕或不當投餵野生動物（如旱獭）；請將所有垃圾帶離，做到「無痕山林」。

No ticket reservation is required for Cuopu Valley, but travel must be arranged independently or by chartered vehicle. Key considerations: the entire scenic area consists of unpaved roads, requiring a high-clearance four-wheel-drive off-road vehicle, and hiring a local guide familiar with road conditions is strongly advised; be sure to bring sufficient food, drinking water, and altitude sickness medication, as there are no commercial facilities within the area; strictly avoid startling, chasing, or improperly feeding wild animals (e.g., marmots); take all trash with you to leave no trace.

措普溝自然生態保護區位於四川省甘孜藏族自治州巴塘縣城北部的措拉區境內，東起毛埡壩與理塘縣接壤，西至亞素高山，南至扎金甲波神山，方圓約九百平方公里。這裡集雪山、草原、森林、湖泊、溫泉、寺院等自然與人文景觀於一體，核心景觀包括被譽為「康巴第一聖湖」的措普湖、扎金甲博神山、熱坑溫泉群以及章德草原等。措普湖湖水清澈碧綠，倒映雪山森林，並以其「喊魚」奇觀聞名——當人們在湖邊發出特定聲音，成羣的魚兒會蜂擁而至。熱坑溫泉群擁有上千口泉眼，其中間歇泉噴發時水柱可達數米高，景象壯觀。溝內還分佈著措普寺等人文景觀，整體生態環境原始古樸，野生動物種類豐富，人與自然和諧共處，是兼具高原生態之美與藏地文化底蘊的綜合性景區。

Cuopu Valley Nature Reserve is located in the Cuola District north of Batang County in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It stretches from Maoya Dam in the east (bordering Litang County) to Yasu High Mountain in the west and to Zhajinjiabo Sacred Mountain in the south, covering an area of approximately 900 square kilometers. The area integrates natural and cultural landscapes such as snow-capped mountains, grasslands, forests, lakes, hot springs, and temples. Its core attractions include Cuopu Lake, renowned as the "Number One Sacred Lake in Kham," the Zhajinjiabo Sacred Mountain, the Rekeng Hot Spring Group, and the Zhangde Grassland, among others. Cuopu Lake features clear, emerald-green waters that reflect the surrounding snow mountains and forests, and is famous for its "fish-calling" phenomenon—where schools of fish swarm to the shore upon hearing specific sounds made by people. The hot spring group comprises thousands of spring vents, with intermittent geysers erupting in water columns several meters high, creating a spectacular sight. The valley also contains cultural sites like Cuopu Monastery. It maintains a pristine ecological environment rich in wildlife, exemplifying harmony between humans and nature, making it a comprehensive scenic area combining plateau ecology with Tibetan cultural heritage.
