海子山為開放的天然保護區，無需預約或購票。核心注意事項如下：其海拔約4500米，天氣嚴寒多變，必須備足抗高反藥物和防風保暖裝備；禁止開車碾壓地貌、撿拾石塊或遺留垃圾；主要沿G318國道觀景，請務必在指定觀景台安全停車，勿在彎道停留；建議白天遊覽，行前密切關注天氣預報與路況。

Haizi Mountain is an open nature reserve requiring no reservations or tickets. Key considerations are as follows: with an altitude of approximately 4,500 meters, it experiences severe and rapidly changing weather—essential preparations include altitude sickness medication and windproof/warm gear; driving off-road onto terrain, collecting stones, and leaving trash are strictly prohibited; viewing is mainly along G318 National Highway—always park safely at designated viewpoints, never stopping on curves; daytime visits are recommended, closely monitor weather forecasts and road conditions beforehand.

海子山位於四川省甘孜藏族自治州理塘縣與稻城縣之間，平均海拔約4500米，是青藏高原規模最大的古冰體遺跡，素有「稻城古冰帽」之稱。這裡擁有1145個大小各異的高山湖泊（海子），其湖泊密度在中國獨一無二。山脈以花崗岩漂礫組成的石河、石海及冰蝕岩盆為核心景觀，角峰、古冰斗、U形谷等冰蝕地貌遍布，彷彿「火星地表」。區域內最大高山湖泊為興伊措（海拔4420米），被當地人視為聖湖。海子山現為國家級自然保護區，全天免費開放，是318國道沿途的重要自然奇觀。

Haizi Mountain is situated between Litang County and Daocheng County in the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, with an average altitude of about 4,500 meters. It is the largest ancient glacial relic on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, known as the "Daocheng Ancient Ice Cap". The area features 1,145 alpine lakes of varying sizes, a density unparalleled in China. The landscape is characterized by granite boulder fields, stone rivers, and glacial erosion basins, with widespread glacial landforms such as horn peaks, ancient cirques, and U-shaped valleys, giving it a "Martian surface" appearance. The largest lake, Xingyi Cuo (at 4,420 meters above sea level), is regarded as a sacred lake by locals. Designated as a national nature reserve, Haizi Mountain is open to the public 24/7 free of charge and is a significant natural wonder along National Highway 318.
