巴塘姊妹湖為開放式自然景觀，無需預約門票。遊覽時需特別注意：景區海拔較高（約4500米），需提前防範高原反應，避免劇烈運動並備好抗高反藥物；晝夜溫差大，務必做好防寒保暖；G318國道至觀景台路段需謹慎駕駛，雨季注意落石滑坡；請自覺保護生態環境，勿丟棄垃圾或驚擾野生動物；尊重當地藏族風俗與宗教信仰，勿隨意踩踏瑪尼堆或對宗教物品拍照。

Batang Sister Lakes is an open natural landscape, and no ticket reservation is required. During the visit, special attention should be paid to the following: the scenic area is at a high altitude (approximately 4,500 meters), so precautions against altitude sickness should be taken in advance, avoiding strenuous exercise and carrying anti-altitude sickness medication; the temperature varies greatly between day and night, so it is essential to dress warmly; exercise caution when driving on the G318 National Highway to the viewing platform, and be aware of falling rocks and landslides during the rainy season; please consciously protect the ecological environment by not littering or disturbing wildlife; respect local Tibetan customs and religious beliefs, and avoid stepping on mani stone piles or photographing religious objects without permission.

巴塘姊妹湖是位於中國四川省甘孜藏族自治州巴塘縣東北部、G318國道旁的一對高原湖泊，被譽為「川藏線上的明珠」。它們坐落於海子山腳下，海拔約4500米，是青藏高原上最大的古冰川遺跡之一，由23個第四紀冰川作用形成的冰磧湖構成，其中以兩個相鄰的湖泊最為著名，形似孿生姐妹或眼鏡，因此得名「姊妹湖」。湖水清澈碧綠，夏季呈翡翠色，冬季被冰雪覆蓋，與周圍的雪山、草原相映成趣。這裏不僅是國家級濕地公園，還承載著豐富的藏族文化，流傳著格薩爾王與王妃的傳說。姊妹湖全年免費開放，24小時可遊覽，是G318川藏線自駕的熱門打卡地，最佳觀賞點為公路旁的觀景台，可俯瞰湖泊全景。

Batang Sister Lakes, known as the "Pearl of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway," are a pair of alpine lakes located northeast of Batang County in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China, alongside the G318 National Highway. Situated at the foot of Haizi Mountain at an altitude of approximately 4,500 meters, they are among the largest ancient glacial relics on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, comprising 23 moraine lakes formed by Quaternary glacial activity, with two adjacent lakes being the most prominent, resembling twin sisters or a pair of glasses, hence the name "Sister Lakes". The lakes exhibit clear, emerald-green waters in summer and are covered with ice and snow in winter, creating a striking contrast with the surrounding snow-capped mountains and grasslands. Designated as a national wetland park, the area also holds rich Tibetan cultural significance, including legends of King Gesar and his consort. Open year-round with free admission and 24-hour access, Sister Lakes are a popular stop for self-driving travelers on the G318 Sichuan-Tibet route, with the best panoramic views available from the highway observation deck.
